hey everyone...
i apologise x10000 for having just 'disappeared' a while back.
i somehow couldnt find the inspiration, or time, to update this blog
ive debated many time whether i should update but then i thouhgt, if im not going to update often, why do it? i can't bring myself to delete this blog either... because, well, i spent a lot of time on it, and i met a lot of friends through it. im thinking of blogging again, but it will probably be more of a daily diary knd of thing. also, over this period, ive discovered a new passion: taiwanese dramas!! after being a bit bored of tvb, my friend recommeded me some tw drmas, and ive become obsessed since then! ALSO, i am now a huge fan of aaron yan form fahrenheit!!! u must all be thinking, woah SHES changed!!

last of all, i just wanna let you guys know, i will probably start blogging again and i hope you guys still remember me, coz ive missed you all!!

WoW! I just realised I haven't posted anything in 10 days! Ok, nothing to be proud of, just can't believe how hectic this week was. Almost had mental breakdown! This past week I have still been writing summaries, but had no time to post them and do caps, so it all kinda accumulated. Well now, I have got some work off my back so I have posted a lot!

I just posted up SOS summaries for ep. 15, 16, 17, 18 and MR summary for ep. 1 which is directly below this post. Enjoy! (While I go and kill myself doing homework again!><)

Moonlight Resonance~Episode !

YAYYAYAYAYAY finally get to watch MR!!!!!
This post is gonna be bit short though coz not much happens. Lots of ‘going back into the past’. I’m glad though, coz it helps you to understand what’s happening and who’s who.

I really liked the opening theme song. It was... organized. There were scenes of each of the couples and then everyone together at the end at court. I have a feeling I’m gonna like this series. Seemed a bit sad though coz there was lots of crying, slapping and pain. A funny scene though, was Raymond dressing up as a woman. OMG He’s so likeable and sweet!

OK here are some caps of the characters who were introduced (Only Lee Sze Kei’s side of the family, Michelle and Linda appeared in this episode):

Lee Sze Kei and Ha Yu were married until 1996. (Shirley and Jack played them when they were young! How cool is it that Shirley is Yeung Sze Kei and she plays Lee Sze Kei?) They divorced after Michelle got inbetween them. They had 6 children (but Tavia was adopted), named after their cake shop- 家 (Moses), 好 (Raymond), 月 (Tavia), 圓 (Chris) , 慶 (Fala) , 中 (Vincent). They were meant to have seven, as they wanted their names to mean 家好月圓慶中秋, so they nicknamed Michelle’s daughter (Linda, Ha Yu isn’t her dad) 于素秋 when her real name is actually 于素心.

At the court, Lee Sze Kei begged Ha Yu to let her take care of the kids as he was busy all the time, but he refused. He wanted to snatch them all away from her because his mother adored her grandchildren. In the end, Moses, Chris and Vincent were given to Ha Yu and Raymond, Tavia and Fala who is mute to Lee Sze Kei. Whoa, I wonder how the ‘sides’ are gonna split if the couples are all separated on Ha Yu and Lee Sze Kei’s sides of the family. This should be interesting...

Lee Sze Kei, ray, Tavia and Fala are at the airport picking up Susanna, who is coming for a holiday. You get the impression that she is kinda rude to others, whingy and talks a LOT.

Ray is really likeable and funny, cracking jokes the whole time. Fala and Tavia, on the other hand, seem to be pretty fed up. All Susanna talks about is how Lee Sze Kei was really stupid for not asking Ha Yu for any money when they divorced.

On the streets, Ray and Lee Sze Kei bumped into Michelle and Linda, who had just come back from England. Michelle acted really dismissive and cold towards them, then walked off. Linda and Ray, however, turned back to look at each other.

Aww so cute, Raymond and Linda were childhood sweethearts. But stupid Ha Yu forced them apart and sent Linda off to England. They were of course, heartbroken. Linda had given Raymond a letter before she left, telling him that they would open it together when they’re older.

Ray found the letter that Linda had given him. It read: ‘When I am in England, no matter if it’s a fine, dark, rainy, study or exam day, everyday, I will miss 阿好.’

Speech of Silence~Episode 18

Kate doesn’t want to talk to anyone and seems really depressed as she cannot communicate with others anymore. She stays inside her room all the time and refuses to see anyone. However, she says that there is one voice she will probably never forget.

咪哥, the man from whom Lau Dan stole his woman, hunted Lau Dan down and asked him for $30 000. When Lau Dan couldn’t get the money, he raised it to $500 000. He told Lau Dan that if he couldn’t get it himself, then could get it from his father-in-law.

Kenneth found Claire drunk and decided to take her home, but when they reached the door, Claire confessed her love to him! She was pressing him against the wall and he looked so awkward. Claire’s mum came out and thought that Kenneth was the one forcing himself on Claire.

Stephen and his dad had a major argument because his dad wouldn’t let Stephen stop school to go with Director Tsui. This was only because he had to look after Kate when he was older. Kate probably felt even more depressed that Stephen couldn’t pursue his dream because she was his burden.

Kenneth especially learnt a mime song for her, and he and all the other children at the DRC told her to never give up, but Kate just ran out crying. But when she got home, she started to cheer up and even came out to dinner cheerfully. She told her dad that she had decided to stop hiding herself from everyone.

Kate said that no matter how hard the walk is, she’ll remember that she has a friend like Kenneth. Kenneth seemed pretty disappointed, then smiled and asked, what about best friend?

Kate saw Claire at the hospital and asked Kate why she was seeing the ‘tumor’ specialist. Kenneth got a call from 小生who said he was going back to America with his dad. At that time, Kate had to tell Kenneth why Claire let 小生 go even though he only cared about using 小生 to inherit more of his father’s money.

小生 left just before Kenneth and Kate came, asking Claire why she didn’t tell them that she might have cancer.. Kate looked sadly out the window at Claire hugging Kenneth.

小生’s dad came out of the blue, apologizing and asking Claire to go back with him to America.

Kenneth took Kate out to an art exhibition, and was about to hold her hand, but then some kids ran through them. Kenneth wanted to go buy some drinks and Kate said she needed to go to the restroom, so they agreed to meet at a CD store. Kate however couldn’t read his lips wrong and went to the wrong place. After waiting for a long time, they went around trying to find each other. Kate was really unhappy that Kenneth had hurt his leg trying to look for her.

As she turned to leave, Kenneth caught her arm and hugged her, but Kate pulled away, as she couldn’t hear what he was saying to her. Kenneth stood, stunned as Kate walked away.

Chris told Kenneth that there are seven things that all successful men should have: money, face, house, car, a woman, a job and a handsome face.
Chris: The only thing you don’t have is a woman and a handsome face, but what about me? I only have the handsome face. Women need eight things: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, safety. They need to feel like everything they want will last forever.

Kenneth and Chris dressed up magicians for a new year’s party and Elaine got Kate to come. Kenneth asked her to be his volunteer and produced a ring from inside her necklace.
Kenneth: Even though we cannot be like other couples, it doesn’t matter. The most important thing is that you understand how I feel. Will you marry me? I will love you forever and we’ll be a very special couple. We will be happier than other couples, believe me.

She reached out towards the ring, but his smile faded when she gently closed the locket.
Kate: I’m sorry, but I cannot accept this ring.
Then she turned and ran out. Kenneth chased after her and grabbed onto her arm.
Kenneth: 棠棠, I’m serious!
Kate: I’m serious too. The problem between us can’t be solved. Even if you can touch me now, touch yourself, the truth won’t change.
Kenneth: What are you saying? I can’t hear you.
Kate: That’s what our problem is.
Kenneth gently let go of her arm as the crowd around them counted down to the New Year.

The doctor said that her brain had been affected by the... vibrations? Or the impact of when she had hit the ground? He also said that because her ear was injured again this time, she might become fully deaf.

Kenneth: 棠棠, can you hear me? Please don’t make me like 過兒 and have to wait for you for 16 years. You have to wake up quickly; we still have to do voiceovers together.
Kenneth was waking up beside her when Kate woke up. However, she started crying and asked why she can’t hear them all.

When he was talking to Kate who pretended everything was happen, but she couldn’t read his lips as well, and kept on getting the words wrong.

Elaine was fired and Chris the meanie, aww he didn’t mean to be mean, kept on teasing her. When Elaine spun around, he saw she was crying and then she slapped him in the face. Elaine decided to get revenge on Herbert by pouring a bucket of paint over him, but Chris stopped her and got the paint all over him instead!

Kenneth organized a surprise party for Kate to celebrate her coming home. In her room, she turned put on her headphones and turned up the volume really loud, but still couldn’t hear anything. Kenneth played a game with her. He recited tongue twisters and asked Kate to try and lip read what he was saying.

Kate said he was doing slow on purpose, so Kenneth did a faster one.
Kenneth: You OK, Me OK, OK loves棠棠. 棠棠 loves OK. OK don’t see棠棠 then not OK. 棠棠 sees OK then is OK!

The Director wasn’t happy at all, because Kate couldn’t match her words with the movement of the actor’s lips. Kenneth found her crossing the road and a truck was coming right at her, its horn beeping. Of course, she couldn’t hear it, and luckily Kenneth pushed her aside just in time.

Kate said she was dragging everyone down, causing everyone around her to suffer. Kenneth tried to comfort her, saying that once she did the operation, she could hear again. But Kate told him the truth that her nerves had been damaged and no matter what operations she did, she still wouldn’t be able to hear and the risks would be really high.

Kate: I will never be able to hear again, neither can I do voiceovers. Please go back and tell 明表哥 for me.
Kenneth: You can’t give up that easily. Even if you don’t do the operation, you can still do voiceovers. Your microphone and receiver haven’t broken.
Kate: The doctor told me.
Kenneth: Listen to me, your beautiful microphone is still here. It is your mouth. the microphone is so beautiful that even Director Tsui said it was good, right? And, your voice has emotion, the audience will remember. The audiences’ heart is the receiver, and your mouth is the microphone. They can hear it. 棠棠, as long as you relax and be yourself, nothing will have changed.

Just as Kate had gotten her confidence back, Yu Yang asked for Claire to do the voiceovers instead. Kenneth, Kingdom, Lau Dan and Yu Yang all stood there arguing while Claire and a teary Kate stood listening at the door.

She told everyone to stop arguing because of her and left. She wandered around, as the choirs walked about singing Christmas carols that she couldn’t hear.

Speech of Silence~Episode 15

Everyone at the voiceover studio used the flooding as an excuse to leave as they had been offered a job elsewhere before. Even Claire left as the person owning the other studio is her godfather.

When doing a photo shoot and Queenie and Elaine started fighting, Herbert didn’t stick up for Queenie at all. In the parking lot, he dumped Queenie, and said that Elaine didn’t like him just because of his money. Haha, he doesn’t realize how wrong he is! He drove off with Elaine and left Queenie standing there sulkily.

To prove to Kingdom that Yu Yang really cared about her, Lau Dan pretended that he had gone gambling and lost all his money. Kenneth pretended to be the ‘dai yi lung’ that captured Kingdom.

Yu Yang and Kingdom both chipped in to have the recording machines fixed and with Kenneth and Kate helping, the studio was restored to its former glory.

However, Claire’s god father had taken all of their jobs and even Director Tsui couldn’t help them. Ben and Irene sneered at them and said Kate and Kenneth weren’t experienced enough. Irene was the woman that Ben was seeing behind Celine’s back. Gosh, I feel sorry for the poor child. It would be horrible to have a dad like Ben.
Claire helped by asking Director Tsui to come and listen to Kenneth and Kate before deciding who to use. He agreed, but he didn’t seem satisfied with Kate and Kenneth and yelled out ‘CUT!’ a lot of times. He said that they didn’t have the right ‘feel’.

Lau Dan taught them that Director Tsui actually just wanted naturalism, not for them to know the script off by heart. The second time, he was very happy and agreed to let them do the voiceovers for his new movie.

Herbert had taken Elaine to a poolside party, but only so he could prove to his girlfriend that there was nothing going on between them. They made her change into a bikini and pulled her to the edge of the pool. Then Herbert’s girlfriend ‘Fion’ pushed her into the water.

Elaine asked why he had to ‘play’ her like that and he could have told her if he didn’t like her.
Herbert: I think it was you that played me first. Stop trying to act pitiful. Kiki told me everything. From day one, you just wanted my money. AND in Japan, just as I started being nicer to you, you acted all high-class. You try to play me? Its not that easy. Its always me playing people, no one can play me!

Kenneth came to Kate’s house and told Kate’s dad that they were going out. Kate’s dad sounded really happy and Kenneth promised Kate that he would go and tell Claire that he didn’t return her feelings. At that moment, Kate’s dad received a call that Elaine was in trouble. Kate slowly climbed up the ladder to her while Elaine told her that now Herbert will never believe that she does like him.

Turns out she was never planning to commit suicide; she only wanted to calm down. As they both went back down together, Elaine lost her footing and slipped. Kate sacrificed herself and fell down after pushing Elaine back up. Kate fell onto her ear that had the hearing aid. She couldn’t hear when Kenneth told her he ears were bleeding...

OK, i really am in a rush :( I have 3 assignments due in the next week and homework due tomorrow! But I know I've been neglecting my blog a bit these past days, so I just posted four summaries: (ep. 14, 15 FHII, ep. 13, 14). Please tell me if there are mistakes, I rushed a bit. Speech of Silence~Episode 14

When Kate came back after talking on the phone, she saw the headphones lying on the chair. She picked it up, and heard Kenneth say the exact same things that she had said before. With their hands clasping each other’s ears, they kissed!

To get revenge on Queenie, Elaine sent pictures of her and Herbert to other people. When Herbert found out, he decided to replace Queenie for the advertisement in Japan.

Kate and Kenneth did voiceovers together for the couple in Condor Heroes. So sweet!
Kate asked Kenneth why he took her to Fei Oar San.
Kenneth: Couples have to go to places with the right atmosphere for 拍拖!
Kate: Who is拍拖 with you?
Kenneth: We are holding hands. That doesn’t count as拍拖? Wah, then you very ‘sit dai ah’
Kate: Yes, very! [runs off]

In Japan, the two other guys pretend to be drunk so that Elaine is left alone with Herbert, who tries to make a move on her. But Elaine thinks back to when Kate told her love that is gained by sacrificing the body will never last, and pushed him away.

Chris overheard the manager Ah Joe saying that Kary had ‘danced her way into Herbert’s room’ that night in Japan. He got really angry. He called Elaine a 狐狸精 in front of everybody.
Elaine: What are you so crazy about?
Chris: Yes, I really am crazy. So crazy that I like a woman that only likes money. I am even stupid enough to help you get revenge on Kiki when you were just using me to get close to Herbert! Bringing takeaway and giving up your body!
Elaine: With which eye did you see my sacrifice my body?!
Chris: Who are you trying to lie to? Everyone knows you went to Japan to film an advertisement... it was to sleep with Herbert!
Elaine: What are you talking about?! [Slaps him]

Claire had walked around all of Hong Kong’s record shops and finally found Kenneth’s favourite song ‘Yesterday Once More.’ However, Kate had paid double the price and bought it in case. Kate wondered why Claire wanted it so much. Claire said she had wanted to give it to Kenneth.

Claire: Did you know, Kate had bought the record for her boyfriend?
Kenneth: Oh really, then w can’t argue with that!
Kate: What boyfriend? It’s just a normal friend.

Kate was sulking and didn’t want to give the record to Kenneth.
Kenneth: You don’t think there’s something going on between me and 娜姐 do you?
Kate: If I hadn’t of gone back, I wouldn’t know that someone cared about you so much.
[Kenneth takes a newspaper and curls it into a megaphone.
Kenneth: Everybody, this lovely, pretty girl here is my one and only girlfriend. I want to tell everyone, don’t make a move on her, or else I will ‘fight you to death!’
Here, in front of everyone, I swear I only like you and will only love you, no on else.

Kenneth: At this time in romantic movies, couples will, kiss for 3 minutes.
[Kate turns around and whacks him on the head saying ‘Ah Cha!’
Kenneth: Wah! I wanted akiss, not a whack!
Kate: I have been filming a martial arts movie. Every time they make a move they say ‘Ah Cha’
Kenneth: Lately I have been filming a porn movie. Every time they make a move they- [Kate runs off screaming]

When they get back to the voiceover, a disaster is awaiting them. The storey above the studio had a fire and the water had soaked everything in the studio as well...

Speech of Silence~Episode 13

Kate saw a really pretty necklace which played her favourite song ‘Yesterday Once more’ by the Carpenters. But it was $2800! The shop owner said to Kenneth ‘If your girlfriend likes it, buy it for her.’

Kate saw Matthew with his girlfriend and went up to say hi, and Kenneth pretended that he was her boyfriend. Kate got mad and said that it was she that had rejected Matthew because she doesn’t like not being treated like a normal person.

To cheer Kate up, Kenneth bought the necklace for her. When he put it on for her, his shirt got caught in her scarf and they looked shyly (not to mention awkwardly too!) at each other.

Queenie betrayed Elaine because she ‘stole’ Herbert from her. She even stole the job of the advertisement that Elaine was chosen to do. Chris was teasing Elaine when she bumped into him, but seeing her cry, he let her put her head on his shoulder. To comfort her, he and said that if she really was not happy about it, he could play a prank on Queenie for her. Aah sweet revenge!

小生 pretended to do voiceover for a little child with his mum at Claire’s b’day party at the studio.
小生: Ma咪, don’t leave me behind. Once you walk away, Cheung叔叔 will send me to boarding school (Canada).Then you can’t see me and you’ll forget me.
Ma咪: Sing Jai, Mummy doesn’t want to leave you either. But some things, even I can’t control.
小生: You’re lying. Even now, you still make me call you Auntie in front of other people. You don’t even want to be my mum. Don’t marry Cheung叔叔. I don’t want to lose my mummy.

When小生 spilt M&Ms floor, making , Cheung 哥 slip and his wig falls off, , Cheung 哥 runs after him, grabs him on the collar and starts hitting him. 小生 cries out ‘Mummy, save me!’ and Claire can’t stand it anymore. She pushes Cheung 哥 away and says ‘Stop hitting my son!’

Kenneth was really angry that Herbert had been using him to find evidence of Eileen accepting money from a company that wanted to work with the noodle factory.

While Kenneth was listening to some sounds he had recorded and couldn’t hear her, Kate told him how she felt about him.
Kate: ‘Being with you, there isn’t any stress. I can say anything I want to and not have to be scared how you will see me. If it is possible, I would really like to always be with you. Is that really crazy? Lucky you can’t hear me. Otherwise, I would die of embarrassment! I have kept these words inside of me for a long time. I was too scared to tell you. Maybe because right now you can’t hear me, I have the courage to say this out loud.’

Aww mega-cringe! She didn’t realize that Kenneth was listening the whole time!

Forensic Heroes II~Episode 15

I thought Yoyo was going to die, when I watched this, but she finds the strength to whack him with her shopping bag. Still, he manages to push her against the wall. He grabs her head and keeps on hitting it against the wall. Luckily, a man walks past and the ‘murderer’ runs off. At the crime scene and from Yoyo, they found a purple material and pieces of hair that didn’t belong to Yoyo or the victim, Lee Mei Kei. The victim was actually both deaf and mute, which is why she didn’t scream for help.

Yoyo was frustrated that she couldn’t remember anything form that night. Charmaine said that it was OK as she’s a human, not a video recorder. They decided to go back to the crime scene and reenact what had happened. She remembered grabbing onto the murderer’s hand and that on his right hand, between his thumb and index finger, there was a lump. Charmaine also found out that ‘you people’ meant people who are disabled.

After examining the scars caused by the belt on both Wong Miu Shang and Yoyo’s body, Frankie discovered that it was the same belt that was used to injure both of them. Serial killer!

When Charmaine and Kevin were helping an old lady across the road, they found out that one of their favourite bands form England are playing in Hong Kong and decided to go together.

Macy gave Matthew a black bead necklace that is good for relieving stress. Seeing that she has one too, Matthew thinks that she likes him, but she gives them to everyone!

Raymond remembered that Lee Mei Kei had been wearing a watch that was the same as her hairdresser, Ricky’s. Also, Ricky has a lump between his thumb and index finger as well. However, he had an alibi.

As they were going home in Frankie’s car, Frankie and Charmaine were discussing who had put the tables, chairs and plant on the balcony. Turns out Charmaine had put the chairs there, and Frankie had put the plant.

Knowing that Charmaine really liked a type of incense called Vetiver, Kevin especially ordered it for her from England! As Charmaine walked out of a shop selling incense, a man grabbed her handbag. Haha, he doesn’t know who he’s messing with, stealing a policewoman’s handbag!

Charmaine rummaged through her bag and found that her pen was missing. Frankie found her on the balcony and told her that if she told him everything, she might feel better. In England, she had met the love of her life, Jason. He had given her the pen hoping she would sign her name on the day of their wedding using that pen and record all their happy stories down using that pen.

However, on her wedding day, just as Jason was about to sign his name, a man that was obsessively in love with Charmaine shot him. He then killed himself after Charmaine said she didn’t like him. I feel so sorry for her... that was how she got the name ‘掃把星’.

When Frankie had cheered her up and comforted her, she smiled.
Frankie: That’s good, when you smile; your whole person is beautiful again.

Frankie, when picking up something of his own, found Charmaine’s pen in his car.
When he gave it to Charmaine, he saw Kevin coming and said: Oh, before when you were asking me which café was good, you meant you are taking Belle?’

Forensic Heroes II~Episode 14

Yes, I haven’t totally stopped doing FHII summaries as I hate to leave things half done, but I’ll probably do it in my spare time because SOS is now my first preference.

When Kevin and Charmaine met in a bookstore and started talking about Bath, the city of romance, she told him that she was once going to have a very happy wedding there. Kevin looked at her and you could tell he was starting to have feelings for her.

*New Case
A girl’s body was found in a falling apart house in the forest. She was bruised all over and there was blood smeared on the walls. Frankie said that she had probably been brutally tortured to death. Now that’s what I’m looking for. A psycho murderer. Who kills a crippled girl. This better be good.

They concluded that there had been only one murderer as she had been dragged in. If there were two, there wouldn’t have been skid marks on her shoes and the floor. Also, she had been unconscious because the drag marks were very straight, showing no signs of movement or struggle. After examining her body some more, Frankie found that her body had lots of bruises caused by whipping with a belt. This was how she was killed...she had been whipped to death. Talk about slow and painful death.

On her clothes and wheelchair, there was powder that is used for praying in temples. This couldn’t have been left behind by the girl Wong Miu Shang because she was a Christian and went to church.

Bobby asked Yoyo if she would go on his London bus, as in proposing to her!!!
Bobby: ‘You’d better say yes soon, my legs are feeling numb.’ Just then the dads burst in and Bobby’s dad says he had to put more feeling into it and demonstrates. Yoyo finally nods and Bobby shoos the dads out for private alone time.

At a temple nearby to where they had discovered the girl’s body, Vivien and Matthew saw the man that had been arguing with her the day she died. He said that he had only kicked her wheelchair and then gone home. He had tried to cover up the truth because they didn’t want the police going up to his flat as there were lots of bottles of cough medicine there. His son had been consuming large doses of the medicine and was selling it.

As Yoyo is heading back to Bobby’s house, she sees a man harassing a girl. When she finished talking to Bobby, however, the two of them are nowhere in sight, with only the girl’s shoes left behind. She wanders into the alleyway after hearing a noise. The girl is slumped against the wall, unconscious, possibly dead, as there is a long trail of blood all down the wall leading to her head. As she crouches down to look at the girl, a man appears behind her and tries to strangle her. He says: ‘You people, 唔死都無用呀!

When Kate told Kenneth he said she was crazy. Her mum had planned everything to get Kate to go to America with her. However, she said that even if she was a normal person that she didn’t know, she would still try to help them.

Irene overheard Kenneth telling Kate that an operation was harmful to the body and that it was TWO lives that was being risked. Irene thought that Kate was pregnant!
When she cleared it up with everyone else, they said that she shouldn’t trust Mary because if she really treated Kate like her daughter, then she wouldn’t make her take such a big risk.

Aww this is so touching I even cried a bit. Kate’s dad said he wasn’t mad at Kate for lying to him. He was mad at himself. When Kate had risked her whole life and become deaf to save the rest of the family, her dad had vowed that she would never let anything bad happen to her again. Now, he feels useless coz he can’t do anything about it and he’s really scared that something will happen to Kate.

Next day, just before they left, Mary received a call. Kate’s kidney wasn’t appropriate for her brother’s body after all. What the?! So all of that was for nothing??? Kenneth said that if they put a clip about Peter’s illness on the net, then people might volunteer to help him. Herbert paid for the clip to be broadcasted on television. He even put up a notice saying that if you have a suitable kidney, then you get one month paid leave and get to travel to America first class!

Finally, before Mary left, someone form America called to say they were willing to donate their kidneys! Kenneth saw his dad drop the takeaway basket and hurt his back, and he looked really worried, but still drove on. On their way back from the airport, they saw the car that had nearly hit Mary and Kate. The driver apologised and said that it was an accident, meaning Mary didn’t really hire him.

When carrying something to a shop, Lau Dan fell down the stairs just as Kenneth was walking past. He tripped and fell down. Ah this I the overrated ‘Oh no, DAD are you OK?’ bit. Lau Dan says that the tape that the two of them had recorded together had broken, but Kenneth said, that doesn’t matter, but do you remember what you promised me? Lau Dan said he did. He remembered that he had promised to protect him for his whole life. HAPPY’NESS! JOY! CELEBRATION... FINALLY!

Kenneth said to Mary that he knew a really good kidney doctor, so that she wouldn’t have to wait for Dr. Wong, but Mary straight out said no. When she told Kate to wipe the knife to cut the cake, Kate cut her finger. Mary rushed over to dab off the blood with a cotton ball and then put it into a little tube. She had actually made the edges of the knife jagged on purpose so that Kate would cut herself.

Kenneth said that it was strange how Mary refused to see another doctor and that it was unusual that she was coming back to Hong Kong to look for a doctor. Usually, people with sicknesses went overseas.

In the lifts, Kate’s dad saw Mary going up and got really mad when he saw her having lunch with Kate.

Cheung 哥 took Claire’s family to a rich people’s party. 小生 tried to play with the other children but they all said he was poor and had no right to play with them. When小生 got hit by another boy, Cheung哥 didn’t stick up for小生. In fact, he even tried to hit him.

The next day, 小生 left school all by himself and went to the parks. Kenneth found him and小生 said he wanted Kenneth to be his dad. 小生’s dad is really rich, but his parents didn’t want him to marry Claire. He gave up Claire for money.

Mary persuaded Kate to go with her to America because she was the only person in the family who had an appropriate kidney for her brother. Kate’s dad and Kenneth burst in at that time. Kenneth told Kate that Mary was trying to trick her along. Even meeting her again was planned. Mary had paid the cooking teacher at the DRC so that she could take the job. That way, she’d get to see Kate. The car that almost hit Mary and Kate the time they met was actually hired by Mary.

When Kate found out that her mum had come back only to get Kate to donate her kidney, she was really upset. However, she believed that as long as she was able to save a life, she would be willing to go back with Mary.

I agree, besides it was her brother that was dying. Though Mary made me really angry. She had given up on her daughter all those years ago, never planned to come back, except for when she’s troubled and wants Kate to do something for her. Doesn’t she realize how much she’s hurting Kate by doing something like that?

At a QQ妹 promotion, Chris saw someone with a cap on walk up to Elaine and hug her or something. Thinking it was a man, he jumped on top of her and pinned her to the ground, knocking down the fortune wheel and the whole table of noodles.

Elaine was waiting outside to apologise to Herbert when Chris came up to her in a motorbike. He told her that he had taken the blame and that nothing was going to happen to her. Just then, Herbert’s car came by, with a girl inside it. Elaine got onto Chris’ motorbike and told him to chase them.

Chris started imagining that it was their wedding and they were riding on his motorbike. He snapped out of it when Elaine told him to stop as Herbert’s car was nowhere to be seen. She shouted at him and said that he was totally useless, that’s why he has to ride a slow, old motorbike for his life. Chris finally had enough and rode off, leaving her in the middle of nowhere.

Mary took Kate to a café and Kate said she remembered having been there before. They ordered all of Kate’s favourite foods and Mary asked Kate where her own mum is. Kate said she had run away when she was little. Mary then asked her when she became deaf. Kate said when she was 8. She also said that the milk tea there wasn’t that great and that her dad’s was much better. Mary blurted out the name of her dad’s shop, so clearly, her prediction that Kate is her daughter had been confirmed.

The man at the restaurant the other day proposed to Claire. What the?! They didn’t even know each other that well!!! Claire said that she would have to consult with her family as getting married was a big thing. Kenneth was waiting for Claire when she got out of the car. He told her that he didn’t agree with her marrying the guy.

At the DRC, Kate picked up Mary’s wallet and saw her own picture inside. She told Kenneth to sit down and told him that she thinks Mary is her mum.

When Kate went to look for Mary at the DRC, the receptionist said that Mary had quit the job. She and Kenneth rushed to where Mary lived and saw her crossing the road. When she tried to stop her, they didn’t notice a car coming their way. Mary quickly pushed Kate aside and fell down herself.

Kate asked her why she did all those things like order her favourite foods and risk her life before. Kate said she knew, she knew that Mary was her mum. Mary turned away, crying saying that she had no right to be her mum. Then the mother and daughter embraced. Mary then told Kate that she had come back to Hong Kong to look for a famous kidney specialist to save Kate’s brother, who was 15.

Kenneth asked Kate how she could pretend nothing had happened when her mum had been so selfish and left her behind all those years ago. Kate said that it was such a long time ago, and besides, it is painful to remember unhappy memories. They then cut to Mary talking on the phone, saying to go with the original plan... oh I bet she’s going to trick Kate into giving her money or something.

As Kate is looking at her phone sadly, Kenneth comes in with Chris! Chris goes into the kitchen with Kate’s dad and Kenneth and Kate sit outside.
Kate: ‘You really aren’t going to go back to the studio?’
Kenneth: ‘Oh, yeah, now that I’m, not here, how’s my aunt going?’
Kate: ‘Of course all muddled up. And you, just to hide away from someone, you don’t even go back to the studio. Isn’t there anything there that you’ll miss?’
Kenneth: ‘Yeah. I lent 秋水哥 $20 and he still hasn’t paid me back. An you- you bought me the throat soothing 八仙果... I still haven’t finished eating those.

Chris sees Elaine and tells her all about getting to be QQ妹 again. When she gets there, the manager Ah Joe makes her wear a very short dress and she blurts out: ‘After all, I am the QQ妹! How can you make me walk around Honk Kong like this?!’ Then the manager says you’re only a ‘noodle angel’. She says she’ll think about the job and leaves. As she walks to the lift, she sees Herbert going in and asks him to wait up.

They get trapped in the lift and start playing ‘Bomberman’ together. Elaine decided to take the job even with low salary because she believed fate had brought them together and that he was testing to see if she had potential to be his girlfriend. Gosh, this girl thinks wayy too much. Elaine tells Kate that if she wants a chance with Kenneth, she has to ask him out.

So the next day, she asks Kenneth to help out at the DRC with her. While there, Kenneth helps put out a small fire in the cooking classroom. The teacher, played by Mary, helps Kate bandage her burnt hand. Mary says that she is about the same age as her own daughter. Mary then asked her what her name was and when she heard, she seemed a bit surprised. Kate is probably the daughter she was talking about.

Lau Dan accidentally bumped into Celine and when he tried to help her and accidentally touched her hand, she said he was harassing him. She told the rest of the voiceover team that he had stolen $1000 from her and they all blamed laud an except for Kate, who tried to stand up for him. In Lau Dan’s wallet, they did find $1000 but it had been given to him by Kingdom. Yu Yang brought out $1000, claiming that he had found it, but later on said that he had done it to shut the others up. Lau Dan said that he had only wanted to give back to his son and felt bad that the others were arguing because of him and decided to leave.

Kate ran after him and said: ‘But don’t you want to see your son?’
Lau Dan said he didn’t know what he could do anymore. He didn’t even have the ability to look for a job. Kate took him to her dad’s shop and gave him a job there. Kate said that if he wanted to give back to his son, he could finish off the puzzle that he and Kenneth never finished. They stayed up all night and finally finished it in the mornin

When Kenneth saw it and found out it was Lau Dan who had finished it, he threw it onto the floor and smashed it. Kingdom ran after him and said why he have to be so stubborn. Kenneth said that he was never going to forgive him and told her to tell Kate to stop helping him. Kingdom said that Kate was not only trying to help Lau Dan but also him.

Kenneth: ‘Why does she have to interfere with everything?’
Kingdom: ‘Yes, why does she have to do this? There are many people on the streets, why doesn’t she help them? One girl, staying up all night on a cold night, finishing a puzzle piece by piece, you think, what is she doing it for???’

Chris and Kenneth decided to test if Kate liked him. Chris videoed Kate wiping herself with Kenneth’s towel and drinking from the same can as him. Chris said that he would put it up on the net to see whether others also thought she liked him. Kenneth told him to be quiet because it wouldn’t be nice if Kate found out they were testing her. Kate was actually eavesdropping on their conversation the whole time. Chris said it didn’t matter as she wouldn’t be able to hear much anyway. He asked Kenneth if he liked her or not. Kenneth said that Chris shouldn’t do anything until all is clear and that it’s kinda hard to say these things as he doesn’t want to lose Kate as a friend. Kate goes and never gets to hear what Chris asks Kenneth next. Chris: ‘Look at me; don’t you like her even a little bit?’ Kenneth: ‘Well, Kate is quite OK. She and I are quite compatible, but I don’t really know if that’s classified as liking her.’ Chris: ‘Look at you, all confused. I tell you, you do. Kenneth: ‘Well, whether I do or not, I’m scared that it is just me thinking too much.’

Kate took him to have a romantic dinner and made it clear that she was only doing it for the meal and that she doesn’t like him. Aww so sad, she did it in fear of rejection, but she doesn’t know that Kenneth actually does like her. As they go their separate ways to leave, they both stop and turn around at different times.

HAPPY B'DAY, SONJIA! and OMG D.I.E II!!!

OMG i am so happyful right now. i feel like throwing a part-ay!

there is going to be D.I.E II! Hmm maybe i am last person to know this or something but anyhow, i just found out and i am so happy.

D.I.E was a very original series and very entertaining, earning itself v.high ratings!

i am glad there's going to be a sequel. and also,

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Sonjia, who's turning 34. Wow, she's 34 already!

She says that thanks to all her fans who gave her handmade gifts and said she was very touched. The filming of D.I.EII will begin in November. I hope that the storyline doesn't continue on. Well, it can't really, coz Roger's gone to heaven! She says it is her very first time get to film a sequel and and it was Roger who brought luck to her! Yes, i agree, Roger's series seem to always get good ratings! XD

Synopsis.Plot: The new series will focus on Lee Sze Kei getting her family back together in the background of bakery business. A big emphasize is put on Lee Sze Kei's relationship with her husband Ha Yu and kids Moses Chan, Raymond Lam, Tavia Yeung, Fala Chen, Lai Lok Yi, Vincent Wan and Ha Yu's stepdaughter Linda Chung, besides her relationship with her adversary Michelle Yim and sister Susanna Kwan.

Romantic plots include Kate Tsui (Susanna Kwan's daughter) fighting against Tavia Yeung for Moses Chan, whilst she will also be involved with Chris Lai. There will be conflict between Raymond Lam and Bosco Wong (Linda Chung's colleague) for Linda Chung as Bosco Wong interferes as the third party between the loving pair. Thoughts: OMG!!! This long anticipated series is finally released! I think everyone's gone MR mad ever since the news spread there was going to be a second HOG. I appreciate that they are keeping the original cast, and even though it has a similar theme to HOG, its storyline differs. I have hope in this series, in that it will be as good as its prequel, maybe even better.

MIU CHUN (Lo Ka Leung)'s girlfriend KAKA lost her life while saving her dog TAI PA in a traffic accident. Thoughts: Will I watch it? Yes. I like Myolie and I have been awaiting a comeback from Gallen Lo. I thouroughly enjoyed watching Old Time buddies. He and Francis Ng were a good pair for the comedy. I also loved him in The 'W' Files playing Wei Si Lei. I am glad he had decided to stay and film a 41 episode series! Iwonder what series it is? Does anyone know?

Please SCRO__ down for SOS Ep. 8 summs. Soz if I haven't been posting muchh! I have such a BUSY life at school :( Hmph. But good news, I've handed in my prac report and now only... TWO more assignments to hand in!!!

Kenneth looked like he had no problem with it, but he played pranks on his dad when everyone already hated him. When he stormed out, he and Kate saw a little kid left in the car by his dad. He smashed the window to help the little kid out and yelled at the dad for being irresponsible.

Kary really hated her mean manager at the shop, so she quit the job because she believed she was going to be ‘rich’. At the night of the QQ妹 finals, Chris came up to her and asked her if he didn’t have money, would she still be friends with him. Of course, Elaine lied, thinking he was testing her.

When it came to the actual competing, while Elaine was performing, she noticed that Chris wasn’t Herbert. He was in fact right at the back, cheering for her like a maniac and getting dragged out by the security guards!!! She totally lost concentration and fell down. Queenie ended up winning the competition.

Chris ran after her afterwards, telling her that failure is the mother of success and that next time, she will definitely win. Even when Elaine pushed him face first into the dirt, he still didn’t get mad, and said that she only did that because she was angry. -

Kenneth’s granddad knew that Lau Dan had come back so banned Kenneth from going back to the voiceover studio. When he came back to the studio to pack his things, he made it very clear that unless Lau Dan left, he would never come back. When 秋水哥 did the recording instead of Kenneth, Kate looked at him like he was Kenneth.

As Queenie herself was not enough to promote the brand, they asked two more girls to come back, one of them being Elaine. Kenneth told Chris so that h could go and tell her the good news and then maybe she will like him again.

Kate’s dada noticed that the past few days, Kate had been looking at her phone a lot. Probably, waiting for Kenneth to call!
Dad: ‘Where’s OK仔? Aren’t you two going out? Why don’t you bring him home?’
Kate: ‘I said we’re not dating.’
Dad: ‘Really? Well then I guess it was my mistake.’
Kate: ‘He doesn’t come to work anymore. I don’t even know when I’ll get to see him again.’

Thanks to Kenneth, Elaine gets into the finals for the QQ妹代言人 competition. Elaine phones Chris and asks him out to dinner to thank him. The whole time, he stutters one syllable answers to her question. So funny to watch him!

Chris got all dressed up in Kenneth’s tux and slicked his hair back for his date with Elaine. Kenneth even leant him his car so he would look good for the date. Haha, I just can’t help but crack up at how polite he was. He kept on complimenting Elaine with 4-letter 成語!

When they had some sort of sea food in a shell, he kept on dropping them when trying to pick them up with his chopsticks. Elaine had thought that he liked to have a low profile, so she had taken him to a stall to eat and ate with her hands.

When Elaine accidentally spilt something onto a man’s girlfriend’s skirt and they started an argument, Chris ‘showed his true self’ and the two of them quickly went away. Then realising that Elaine was watching him, he explained that he is normally a very well-behaved person and likes to go to libraries and all that.

When Elaine left, she told him to call her Kary. Chris then said: ‘Well then you can call me-'
‘Well, then I’ll call you Herbert from now on.’ Then she kissed him on the cheek and left. Chris finally realized that she had mistaken him for Herbert all along.

小生 had hit his head onto a brick wall because he was skating too fast, so Kenneth took him and Elaine to the hospital. Elaine was frantic with worry and said that she could donate blood as she was his mum. The doctor said he was fine and then she realised that now Kenneth knew, but he promised not to tell.

Kenneth and Kate had to go up to Kingdom’s flat to get a tape, so Kingdom told Lau Dan to go out and hide. In a hurry, he accidentally, locked himself in the room. Unfortunately, Kenneth found him, but with a ‘mask’ on. He called himself 七哥. Too bad he called Kenneth 言仔, and nobody calls him that except for his dad. Kenneth then recognised him as the voice on the tape and in the surveillance camera of the lift, he saw that it really was his dad. But he didn’t go after him...

Kate told Kingdom anyway and they both organized a day together. Kenneth left angrily and told Kingdom to stop it, and that he recognised him. That night Lau Dan left and slept in cardboard boxes out n the streets.

Ben told Yu Yang that he had to go to a wedding on the day of a recording, and asked Kenneth to do it instead. He said that Kenneth and Kate would be great as a ‘couple’. Irene ran in and said that Kingdom had brought a man to the studio. That man was of course Lau Dan and he was going to be joining the voiceover team. Everyone turned their backs on him and even kind of groaned.

Linda Chung was present at the press conference of "Operation Relief - Send Love to Sichuan Concert" organised by the Hong Kong Girl Scouts yesterday. The organisers announced that the concert will be taking place on the date of 10th August at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. The performers includes Alan Tam,Miriam yeung,Kenny Bee,Shirley Kwan,Hins Cheung,Stephanie Cheng and Linda Chung.

Linda Chung will appear as an identity of a singer to sing alongside with Hins Cheung. Asked if rumoured boyfriend Raymond Lam will donate money to get the ticket of the concert and appear to show his support? Linda says "Raymond will support even if i don't ask him,i will invite every friends to do charity together."

Raymond Lam said Linda Chung's Chicken Voice Had Disappeared

Evident that Linda and Raymond's relationship is close. Linda's first music album will be out during the mid of August. She scrupled to say Raymond Lam and his family members have heard her album and praised her voice for being melodious and tuneful,which is different to the 'chicken voice'. Linda also asked Raymond about the stress management of singers,she says "An artiste becoming a singer needs to face alot of stress. It will be difficult to jump out of the circles,time will be needed for the people to accept."

Thoughts: Hah! Not long ago, they were both denying any rumours that they were a couple, now, they don't seem to mind as much. Is it for publicity? I think they are a totally cute couple? I mean, it makes perfect sense if they are dating. I can't wait for Linda's debut album. I heard she's going to have an 'angelic' kind of image. Kevin Cheng Many Excuses to AVOID quitting SMOKING

AS OF TOMORROW my posts will on Speech of Silence (wow, haven't called it by name in ages, always SOS) and Forensic Heroes II (eeek taking me so long. Guess I'm just being lazy coz I already finished watyching...) will be inconsistent and prob waaay behind. Argh, two weeks?! That was like a minute of freedom and I'm back already! Hmph. Anyways please scroll down for just posted SOS and FHII posts.

Two days ago, Kevin Cheng and Wong Hei were filming for "Burning Flames III", a scene where there was an traffic accident. There were fire engines, ambulances and police cars present. They were filming in Aberdeen Harbour.

Yesterday big sweater Kevin Cheng was in his firefighter's costume waiting for the filming to start, just sitting and waiting he was full of sweat, he said: "I have high blood pressure, so having to wear the firefigher's uniform and going into the fire is quite hard for me! (How do you prevent heat stroke?) Have a bottle of iced water with me at all times! Also find an area with shade to rest."

Speaking of him falling back into the smoker population again, he expresses that he is regretful, but he has not planned to quit yet: "can't quit yet because if I do, I'll turn fat and afraid I won't be able to connect with the series [like his look won't be consistent]. After the filming of this series ends I will try to quit again!" Wong Hei expresses that after suffering from high attitude sickness, he has become very cautious of his health, such as buying more hospitalization and medical insurance.

Thoughts: I am SHOCKED. He is my second favourite actor after Raymond Lam. Now I find out he smokes and it totally ruins his perfect image that I hacve of him. And he's so good looking too... aren't smokers meant to have yellow teeth and bad breath. Happened to my uncle. I wish he owuld stop... so bad for his health and I don't think that its great for his reputation either. They always say that there are some actors who smoke but hide it, or not many people know. But I never even dreamt that Kevin would be one of them. So disappointed. CALL QUITLINE! I still have FAITH in you!!!

When the door opens, the only person that comes in is Kingdom. She makes an excuse that it’s weird for him, a man, to come into her house because new people might not know they are aunt and nephew. Then she went up to the balcony to ask Lau Dan to come back down.

Herbert had organized a beauty contest or something to look for a girl to be their new brand of noodle’s 代言人. The first girl was reciting a poem and when she nodded, her head hit the microphone! The second girl wasn’t much better. She dressed up as a Jap pop star and sang a Jap song, dancing around on the stage. Kenneth ripped of some paper and had to wipe of his sweat he was so shocked.

Haha, the next girl was doing dancing and was really pretty. When Kenneth watched he was so intrigued that his water came dribbling back out of his mouth. At that moment, Chris came and Kenneth told him to sit down. Everyone thought he was Herbert so treated him really well. The next girl was Queenie, and after her, was Elaine. As soon as Chris saw her, he gazed at her and said: ‘愛心天便’ because he saw her helping an old lady cross the road.

As Elaine swayed, Chris started swaying with her dreamily. It was almost embarrassing to watch! He grabbed Kenneth’s hand and held it onto his face. Sadly though, she tripped twice and on the second time, she punched Chris in the eye with the microphone.

Chris said that if she doesn’t get into the finals, he will kill Kenneth and 兄弟都無得做!

Celine saw Kingdom and Lau Dan on the streets and took photos of them getting onto the bus. Geez, I hate her so much, always gossiping about on something or another when she’s just bluffing. They all decide to go up to Kingdom’s house to ask about this man. Luckily, he went down to buy something just as they came out of the lift. They search Kingdom’s house and find all sort of ‘evidence’. Mens style boxer shorts and clothes which Kingdom claims to be her pyjamas, etc. Luckily, everyone leaves before Lau Dan gets back.

When Kenneth helps 小生 to fix his computer, 小生 gives him a turtle phone charm in return. Oh I bet that his and Kate’s will both flash at the same time!!!

Claire was going to a dinner party held by a famous director, the director that was judging Stephen’s film, so Kate begs to come. Celine and Irene overhear and think that she just wants to meet rich guys.

After giving Director Tsui Stephens short film, Kate wants to leave, but a guy called 康少 who had been eyeing her up makes her stay. In the restrooms, Kenneth overhears the other two guys at the dinner party discussing who康少 will choose tonight to... Kate got a but sick after having too much wine, and康少 tries to take her up to his room at the hotel. Kenneth bursts in just in time and shoves康少 away from Kate. Oooh英雄救美 again! Kenneth holds onto Kate and said: ‘She’s my girlfriend. Are you trying to steal my girlfriend?!’ Then they walk away with 康少 shouting after them.

Kate sees his turtle phone charm flashing and when she checks her own, it’s flashing too!!! When Kenneth turns back around, Kate hurriedly puts it back into her pocket. Kenneth hears Kate sniffing and takes off his jacket to put around her.

Kate takes out her two puppet dolls and debates about whether Kenneth likes her or not.
Angel: ‘Eyahh, look at her, very much like when people first fall in love. She only just said that dating isn’t right for her, but now her heart is all muddled up.’
Devil: ‘Hmph, you! Stop thinking that, he only thinks of you as a mate, as a friend, that’s why he helped you.’
Angel: ‘Well maybe not! If he didn’t have any feelings for you, then why would he be so concerned about you and say that you were his girlfriend?’
Devil: ‘In those kinds of circumstances, if he didn’t say he was your boyfriend, what would he say? That he was your dad?’
Angel: ‘But he really does care about her lots. Think about it, for her, he gave up on his business meeting AND seeing she was cold, he gave her his jacket! That makes it very easy for people to be mistaken.’
Devil: ‘Even you know that it was a mistake. Remember, you have weak hearing. Normal people already have trouble in relationships, let alone you!’
Kate: ‘You’re right. Maybe I really don’t have the right to like someone.’

Kate sees her turtle flashing. At the same moment, Kenneth says: ‘It is always randomly flashing! Aah, feminine stuff isn’t right for me.’ Then he takes it off his phone and shoves it into his CD compartment. if only he knew the meaning behind the phone charm!

OK there's no use denying it now, I like this series. And heck, I want Kate and Kenneth to just hurry up and fall in love already. LoL

Speech of Silence~Episode 5

Kingdom deliberately showed Kenneth some of the things from his childhood, including a picture he had drawn of his family. Kenneth just held up the picture and tore it in half so that his father was separated from him and his mum. ‘Don’t you think the picture looks much better like this?’ he asked.
Kenneth brought cakes and biscuits to the Deaf Resource centre to apologise, but much to his surprise, everyone was already standing there waiting for him.

After rehearsal, Matthew offers to drive them home, but Kate said she can just ride with Kenneth. Giving her a chance, he says, ‘Oh, my car broke down, so can we both ride in your car?’ Matthew answers a call with ‘Honey’, and nosy Kenneth asks, ‘Is that your girlfriend?’ Matthew said: ‘Don’t think that, that was my mum, I like to call her honey. I don’t have a girlfriend.’

Kenneth made an excuse for Matthew to drop him off so that Kate and Matthew can have some ‘alone time’. Matthew turns on one of his favourite songs and Kate says that she really likes the song as well. It all becomes pretty awkward when Matthew just starts singing randomly along to the song.

After starting to work at the noodle factory, Herbert has made up all these advertising idea and a whole new bunch of strict rules, infuriating the workers. Chris leads them up to the office to protest and Kenneth tries to explain to them, but it was no use.

Herbert had asked Kenneth’s uncle to drive his car for a check up, but Eileen dragged him away and asked Chris to do it instead. Chris thought ‘time for revenge’ and bought lots of gross-smelling foods to stink up his car. Elaine and Queenie walked past and thought he was really rich and owned the car.

As Elaine was about to cross the road, a blind old lady asked her to help her across the road. She said: ‘Next time, 婆婆, I am in a rush.’ She ended up having to do so though, because her scarf got tangled with the old lady. Noticing how pretty she was and thinking she was nice for helping the old lady cross the road, Chris took a picture of her. As she walked by smiling at him, he smiled and nodded back.

Kate goes to Elaine’s room to borrow some make up to wear on the day of the play at the Deaf Resource Centre. (I think I will call it DRC from now on)
Kate: ‘There’s a performance, so I want to wear some make up to ‘see’ people.’
Elaine asks: ‘You mean to see 鍾Sir?’

OMG I have the same turtle phone charm!!!!!!!!! Actually, Roger had a brown one in D.I.E too!!!!!!!!!! Although mine only has the turtle and the colour is baby pink!
Elaine says that when you and your ‘other half’ are together and the heart flashes, then that means you two are 心靈相通.

At the DRC party, Kate leaves a slice of cake with lots of strawberries just for Matthew. Kenneth takes a picture of Kate and Matthew together, leaving out everyone else. At the end of the party, Matthew asks Kate to go to a movie with him. Kate stammered: ‘Wa-Watch a movie?’

Matthew says that he chose the movie just for Kate because it had less talking and would be easier for Kate. She seemed a disappointed and said: You didn’t have to do that just because of me.’ Same at the restaurant, Matthew asked to move tables because the noise made Kate uncomfortable. She seemed even more uncomfortable about what Matthew was doing though. As they walked down the stairs, Matthew’s heart-shaped bell phone charm started flashing, and when Kate checked her pocket, so was hers.

Seeing Matthew engrossed in his conversation, she left. At that time, Kenneth called asking her how the day went. He told her that he was at the super spicy noodle shop again and she said (almost menacingly): ‘OK, then I’ll come and see how you’re doing.’ It was Kenneth who had given the tickets to Matthew and Kate said she wanted to chuck the whole bowl of noodles in his face.

Kenneth found Claire’s son 小生 wagging school and looked after him. While Claire was frantically looking for him, Celine saw her and spread rumors that he was her son. Kenneth defended her, but little did the others know, Celine was actually telling the truth.

Kingdom finally found out where Lau Dan lived just as he was getting kicked out. She saw that he was limping badly and took him to her house to live. Kenneth came into Kingdom’s house just as she and Lau Dan were coming up. Kenneth was looking at a photo of him and his dad when he saw the door slowly open...

I want to watch the next episode now, just so I can find out whether he meets Lau Dan. But I don’t think so, besides, even if he did, it would be really cliché, with Kenneth ignoring him and refusing to accept him at first. Then he’s going to say ‘阿爸!’ and all that. Lau Dan will then probably say something like ‘What did you call me?’ Well, I hope that doesn’t happen, it’s just so overrated!

Forensic Heroes II~Episode 13

傅志輝 admitted that in 1993, on the day of his birthday, he found out about what was going on between his wife and喪狗. The day after his birthday, he overheard his wife talking on the phone to喪狗. He said he had thought about killing him, but didn’t end up doing it. Then he was suddenly out of control and having a seizure. Their son, who came to the hospital, was played by Stephen Wong.

When watching a video of people wrestling on the net, Bobby and Yoyo discovered that the person fighting was喪狗 and that he had on of his teeth knocked off during the fight. This was strange as when they found the body, all 28 of his teeth were there. This means that one of the teeth doesn’t belong to喪狗. Strangely though, after comparing the DNA of喪狗’s teeth and the tooth that doesn’t belong to喪狗, Bobby found that喪狗 and the murderer were father and son.

Charmaine suspected that Stephen might actually be喪狗’s son, so went and asked 張妙雲 for permission to get Stephen’s DNA. This was further supported when they found out the tooth Stephen had lost when he was young was the same as the tooth that didn’t belong to 喪狗. Stephen admitted that he did kill 喪狗 when he was just 13! He had seen 喪狗 steal his mum’s necklace and the next day followed him to get his mum’s necklace back. 喪狗 thought that it was Stephen who had stolen his possessions and chased him into the forest.

After being hit by 喪狗, Stephen threw some dirt at him and he tripped backwards and fell, hitting his head on a tree trunk. Realising he was unconscious, Stephen got a thick branch and repeatedly bashed 喪狗 until he was dead. He then buried him right there, and spit his tooth which had been knocked off by 喪狗, into the hole.

When walking back to Frankie’s car, Frankie didn’t want to go with Bobby and Kevin to get dessert because then he would have to walk past the wedding shop with him and Linda’s photo. So sweet how he still loves her so much!

Charmaine wanted to help Stephen get a lighter punishment/sentence by proving that he had killed 喪狗 for defense, because as a person that knew martial arts, 喪狗 was easily able to kill Stephen with his bare hands.

Bobby, Frankie and Kevin invited Charmaine to have lunch with them- I foresee a friendship here... :)

Chris Lai and Elaine Yiu state that they will never have real sparks. In the series “Speech of Silence” they play a bickering couple, but in real life they are very good friends and have known each other since filming their debut series. Although they still like to tease each other off screen too.Chris Lai states that Elaine is a very good friend but even though they talk about their problems with each other, he still likes to tease her. “I really like teasing her, but she will never get mad at me. When she’s in the make-up room I often tease her by using the megaphone, calling her to enter the studio immediatley. Or while she’s filming I will make funny faces at her, making her laugh and having to redo the scene again."

I have just finished reading Twilight, the first of the Twilight series.

It is absolutely amazing. I have never loved or anticipated book so much and I am literally dying to read the next book, New Moon, but sadly, Edward isn't going to be in it much... I hope Stephenie Meyer is able to make it just as intriguing.

This book is a must read. It should be compulsory for every single person in the world to read this book. It was so beautifully written and planned that it described things I thought were indescribable with perfection. I found myself sometimes holding my breath in excitement as my hands flipped through page after page.

My feelings while reading fluctuated greatly, usually in the extremes. At moments I found myself laughing and shouting 'YES!' in delight. At others I squealed and cringed in embarrassment with Bella. Towards the end, I had tears in my eyes, while keenly turning page after page, staying up till 3AM in the morning to finish the book.

I never thought I would like stories about vampires and werewolves, and that's just what this book implied, but it surprised me by being one of the best romance novels I have read. the characters displayed such true emotions and love for each other, willing to give up themselves for their other half. It is unlike many teenage chick lit books nowadays that are perhaps too shallow.

Isabella Swan: Bella is extremely clumsy, able to trip over her own feet, so things can't be good when she meets impossibly beautiful Edward Cullen. She is surprised by his coldness towards her at the start. However, after realising that there's a very big chance of him being a vampire, she doesn't try to stay away from him, instead she does all she can to get him to reveal his dark secret.

Edward Cullen. The scent of Bella's blood makes him go wild, but he somehow manages to control his senses and instinct with his deep love towards her. He blames himself when Bella is put in danger. He knows they should stay away from each other, but he simply can't. And neither can she. He is ashamed of his selfishness. He knows that he is threatening to Bella's life by just existing, but he grows tired of trying to stay away from her.

Bella so desperately wants him to be close to her, and Edward knows that that is exactly the reason why he should leave... not exactly tragic, but truly exposes the meaning of what we call 愛不能愛.

While I was eagerly devouring every little detail in the book, I also felt like I should slow down, I didn't want it to end, but that was impossible. It left me...

breathless. This book just couldn't be improved on... while something dark and sinister is always lurking, it pulls at your heart strings so much that somehow, without noticing, you slowly fall in love with this couple.

OK, to avoid confusion between the two Stephens, I am going to call Stephen H Herbert since he loves his name so much! OK, well Herbert is now the company’s manager, but nobody except Kenneth actually seems happy about it. Cousin Ming aka the boss, asked Kenneth to do voiceovers for him as Ben was away that day.

Dressed as the chicken, Lau Dan helped Kenneth pay for his parking fee when a police officer came by and even wiped dirty stuff off his car for him. When Kenneth and Kate came round the corner, he ran away. Kenneth originally thought he had been wanting to steal his car, but then realized there was something strange about how the chicken always seemed to be around him.

OMG I felt so sorry for Lau Dan. Because he was old and couldn’t do a lot of work, his boss gave him very little pay and yelled some v. mean words at him. I am so angry! I hate how people treat older people who are just trying to earn a living.

Kenneth was helping Kate carry equipment up to a Deaf Resource Centre. They were doing a play called ‘Looking for the missing ear’. Kenneth asked if Kate had made up the story, but she said ‘I wish! No, the person who made it up is our volunteer group leader 鍾Sir. (Matthew Ko)’ Matthew at first thought that Matthew was mute and deaf so he said ‘Let me do some hand signs.’ Which were, of course all wrong!

At the canteen, when Matthew thought that Kenneth was her boyfriend, Kate straight away said: ‘What?! Boyfriend? Don’t be mistaken, he’s just my colleague.’ Kenneth teased her because he could tell she liked him.

Ben was trying to ahem... get Claire to go to the bar with him (and who knows where after!) but luckily Kenneth was there and helped Ben explain to Celine. I don’t think he should’ve though. I mean, who knows how many times he’s cheated on his wife? Kenneth took Claire home because she had hurt her foot and found out that she has a son. However, Claire’s mum said that he was her nephew because she thought that if people knew she had a big son, then no one would want to marry her.

While rehearsing for a father-son part voiceover, Kenneth totally lost it when Matthew asked him to put more feeling into it. Matthew said: ‘Think back to the happy days with your own father.’ Kenneth stood up, threw the papers on the table and said: ‘It isn’t even realistic, how am I supposed to put feeling into it?!’ it was all because he had never experienced fatherly love so he seemed to think that way about all fathers. Kate followed him to a noisy game centre. He could tell it was very painful for her ears, so he went somewhere else.

Kate told him, that he shouldn’t make so many excuses. Kenneth always said he didn’t want to do voiceovers because his grandfather wouldn’t like it, but it was actually because it brought back too many memories of him and his father.
‘Whether you will do voiceovers in the future isn’t the most important thing, the most important thing is that you are able to live up to yourself. Believe in your own emotions, live freely, otherwise you will regret it forever.’

The next day, when Cousin Ming was looking for someone to do voiceovers as someone was away, Kenneth volunteered, much to Kate’s delight and everyone else’s surprise. He was v. good at it too, after a bit of practice. Cousin Ming said: ‘Of course, he is the voiceover king’s son.’

He left hurriedly after that but left an order from the takeaway shop he worked at. When he got back, his boss yelled rudely at him and thought he had stolen the takeaway money because he had tried to make himself look rich in front of Kingdom by ordering lots of food at the restaurant.

His boss fired him and because he was so desperate, he begged him and got pushed to the ground. His boss left after chucking money at him like they do to beggars. I despise these scenes. Even if they are acting it seems so inhumane and cruel to do something like push an old man to the ground.

Kingdom saw him and walked up to him, tears in her eyes. He told her the truth. That he was an obsessive gambler and had an affair with a woman called 阿琴, who was actually the woman of a 江湖大佬. They ran away to 大馬 but people came looking for阿琴 because she owed them money. By accident, she killed the guy and put the knife in Lau Dan’s hand so that he got sentenced to prison for years.

Kingdom told him to stay at her place and he pretended to agree. When she didn’t notice, he pushed her away and ran off. At that moment, the typical scenario with the truck coming by blocked Kingdom’s view and she lost him.

Oscar tells his mates to beat them Kate and Kenneth up, but luckily police officers come to the rescue! At the hospital, Kate seems to have totally forgiven Kenneth.

Kenneth: ‘Did you “sit dai” to him?’
Kate: ‘Yes, “sit dai sai ah!” I tell you. Whatever he took, he has to give back.’
Kenneth: ‘Already “sit dai”, then forget about it.’
Kate: ‘No way. This world still has some fairness.’
Kenneth: ‘So what if you got him? He won’t admit it.’ (OK, he thinks that Kate had slept with him! What a creative imagination he has.)
Kate: ‘Since when can he not admit it? Everyone at the restaurant is a witness!’
Kenneth: ‘Witnesses? At a restaurant? Wah, everyone watching wor, you... you don’t seem that “open”!’
Kate: ‘What are you talking about? That guy made my sis pay a $10 000 bill at the restaurant and a phone as well!’

While sitting out waiting for frogs to come out so they could record their noises (who’d want to record frogs?!), Kenneth tells Kingdom to get back with Cousin Ming (owner of voiceover studio). She says he can’t even tell good people from bad people and blames everyone. ‘When your dad made him 擔保人 and ran away, he blamed it on me too!’ Kenneth: ‘That loser (I could use a more offensive word here)! Always him making everyone else suffer.’

Kingdom switches the topic: ‘Wah, 英雄救美, Was Kate very moved?’
Kenneth: ‘What are you trying to say? Don’t think the wrong way.’
Kingdom: ‘She’s a pretty girl. Don’t tell me you don’t feel anything?’

To try and get his uncle (who is younger than him, played by Stephen Huynh [does that mean he’s Viet???]) to stay, Kenneth tells his grandfather to pretend to be sick. ended up deciding to stay, but little did Kenneth know, his grandfather actually is sick. Wow, isn’t it hard to imagine that Kenneth actually lives in a house like this? At the basketball court, Stephen hogs the ball the whole time and looked down on Chris for not being good at basketball. He was a major show off and so up himself! When Chris calls him by his nickname 豬油渣, he says: ‘What? Call me Herbert please.’

At the studio, a director was complaining because pirated copies of his new movie, which hadn’t been released yet, had been sold on the streets. They suspected it was Kate because Claire said she saw her go into the boss’ room, she had gotten money to buy a new hearing aid and also she was the one who had found the boss’ missing keys.
Kenneth supported her by saying that she wasn’t the kind of person who would do that. Kate said that she had gone into the boss’ office but only to refill the fax machine with paper. Still, she was asked to take a few days off.

Kenneth takes Kate to a stall where they had super huge, spicy noodles. If you could finish the whole bowl in 7 minutes, you not only don’t have to pay, but also the chance to get two return tickets to Thailand! Kenneth had taken her there to help take out all her stress but turns out she was never unhappy in the first place. Kenneth then said: ‘What?! You could have told me earlier. I can’t eat spicy food either!’
Unfortunately, they couldn’t leave as the noodles came and if you didn’t finish in time, you have to pay HK$120 for one bowl!

At the studio when people were accusing Kate of stealing the tape, 忠哥, who normally, didn’t associate with the others stood up for Kate. Kenneth found this surprising and a bit suspicious. As Kate and Kenneth were leaving, they saw忠哥 being chased into an alleyway where a couple of guys were beating him up. He admitted that he had stolen the tape and borrowed a lot of money, but only because his son needed an operation on his heart.

Feeling sorry for忠哥, Kate and Kenneth decided to help him find his son’s favourite show that he had promised him. When they couldn’t find it anywhere, they made the puppets themselves and asked Stephen {Stephen W} to video it for them. When忠哥’s son Tommy saw it, he was so happy and忠哥 promised that once Tommy was well again, he would give himself in.

When walking from the hospital, they saw the person dressed as the chicken from before again. When they had left after taking a flyer, the man in the chicken costume removed the headpiece. He turned out to be Lau Dan! That is, Kenneth’s dad.

Forensic Heroes II~Episode 12

I'm being v. lazy with my posts on FHII, coz now that I've finished watching, it doesn't seem that much fun anymore... still, can't leave something unfinished!

I’m glad that they understand now why Charmaine acts ‘cool’, because she had an unhappy past... Kevin remembers when he had said there must have been a very happy story behind the pen with 樂 engraved on the lid.

At the martial arts center owned by one of the people that went to the same martial arts club as喪狗, they ask the owner if he knows喪狗. The guy says he doesn’t know喪狗 but you can tell that he is lying. Charmaine notices that the receptionist, Winnie, looks like she’s trying to hide something and that she has burn scars on her right hand, which is how 馮添 had described喪狗’s wife. So when Winnie starts walking away, Charmaine says: ‘Where are you going, 阿鳳?’

The owner of the martial arts club had gone to Thailand for two years and when he came back, 喪狗 had already died. The wife had been in hospital during that time because喪狗 had been physically abusive towards her and caused a miscarriage. I’m hating喪狗 already, even though he’s just a made up person. It’s sad to know though, that there are people like that in real life.

At Winnie’s house, they found pictures of 喪狗 with other women, taken by 馮添, who was a private detective, and also a threatening letter, which read: 喪狗, 我們江湖中人最重要是講道義, 你竟然淫人妻女簡直天理不容, 人人得而誅之如果你缳是繼續執迷不悟後果嚴重, 小心你的狗命◦ 江湖大佬 Winnie accidentally ripped two photos stuck together so they cannot see who the woman was anymore. So obviously the murder has something to do with her... very predictable.

At the hostel in the photo, Charmaine and Raymond found an ashtray left behind by the woman in the photo. Also, the paper the letter was written on special paper used for drawing.

Charmaine’s stepmother came to the hospital to apologise hoping that they won’t sue her son (they were never planning to), but after getting a call that the restaurant had been sued, she immediately blamed it on Charmaine and her mum.

Kevin apologises about the day when he made assumptions as to Charmaine’s past, but Charmaine said: ‘Well, you’re correct, I once was happy.’
Kevin: ‘Did you know, [once was], these two words are the world’s most deadly curse? ‘I once was rich, I once was young. When you say it, it makes it seem as though it is all past tense, and that it will never happen again.’ I agree!

On the ashtray, which was actually a calligraphy brush rest, the words 妙雲93 were engraved onto it, 93 being the year 93 when 喪狗 died. When they looked up 妙雲, they found that it was the name of the woman in the photo, who now owns a place for art lessons.

The woman said that 喪狗 had forced her to sleep with him, otherwise he would make trouble for her family. Charmaine noticed that 張妙雲’s husband was surprisingly calm when he found out that she had been arrested because of 喪狗. She guessed that he probably already knew about what happened 15 years ago. After comparing her husband’s writing to the threatening letter, they found out that it was 張妙雲’s husband [傅志輝] that had written the letter.

There isn’t much screencaps for this episode, mainly because there just wasn’t that much worth capturing... the cases, though I must admit, are getting better.

I am finding it harder and harder to be consistent with my SOS posts now what with having to REDO my science prac report and also trying to wake up earlier that 12PM each day. Today was even more ridiculous, I woke up at 1PM again. Now let me justify why before you decide once and for all that I am possibly and probably the laziest person on earth.

I didn't stay up late playing video games or partying... I stayed up... reading. (OK, I can just see the neon lights in everyone's head, bordering the word NERD) But trust me (excuse me, Mrs Woolley, but I find it totally necessary to use but at the start of a sentence here), this is a book I literally couldn't put down. I practically suffered to read this book. Trying to keep my eyes open were quite hard, but hardest of all was listening out for my dad or mum who might just see my light turned on... at 3AM. What would they think?! It'd just be so weird to be caught sitting up in bed at 3AM reading. So I practically jumped everytime I heard a noise and hurriedly turned my bedside light off.

Then I turn it on again.

There's another noise. I turn it off.

I realise that it's my brother's snoring so I turn it back on. And so this goes on and on and on... until I fell asleep with the book still in its exact position in the morning.

Speech of Silence~Episode 2

Kenneth apologises straight away, saying that he didn’t know she was deaf. He does hand actions to tell her he will pay for a new one. Kate says that it’s HK$26 000 and thinking that Kate can’t hear him, Kenneth says ‘Maybe she’s trying to make me pay more.’ Kate: ‘If you don’t want to pay, fine, but you don’t have to say those kinds of things. Even if you’re not a pervert, you’re not a good person!’

At the store Elaine works at (she only works there to meet rich guys), Queenie sees a cute, rich-looking guy and tells Elaine not to ‘fight’ with her. Elaine lets her have him because she can tell that he is 吃軟飯, meaning he gets all his money from his partner.

Elaine went out for dinner with a guy called Paul, played by Oscar, who she thought had lots of money, but even his phone was fake. He asked to borrow Elaine’s phone (which actually was Queenie’s) and then disappeared with it. Elaine ended up having to call Kate to pay off the $10 000 bill. When Kate tried to warn her that marrying a rich man doesn’t mean that you’ll be happy, Elaine got all mad at her. Tut tut tut, so ungrateful.

Unfortunately, Elaine had left her ID at the police station, so her dad found out all about it. He told Elaine off and gave Kate back her money. Elaine said: ‘I know, she’s deaf so everybody has to be nice to her, and pity her but I’m your own daughter but you love her more than me! I’m the one who should be pitied.’ Kate looked back at two dolls that her father had given her after the accident. She remembered that Elaine had looked really jealous, and when she tried to give them to her, Elaine pushed them away.

At the studio, everyone had to do a recording multiple times because the old hearing aid that Kate was wearing made it hard to hear properly. When she heard everyone talking about her, Kate went to buy stuff for them at the supermarket. As she was walking out, a woman called out to her but she kept on walking because she had taken her hearing aids out. The woman ran up to her and accused her of stealing.

Kenneth thought he was helping her by coming out and saying: ‘I think it was a mistake. She’s deaf so she couldn’t hear what you were saying.’
Woman: ‘So what if she’s deaf. A deaf person stealing is even worse. Does she think that just because she’s deaf people will pity her and let her get away with it?’
Kate: ‘What are you talking about? I really didn’t steal anything.’
At that moment, the manager came out and said that after looking at the surveillance tapes, it actually wasn’t Kate that had stolen something.
Kenneth: ‘See? I told you it was a mistake. Look, she’s deaf.’ Pulls her hair back roughly to show them her hearing aid. ‘She can’t hear properly so of course she didn’t stop when you called her. Why can’t normal people listen to others properly instead of always making the atmosphere so awkward and bad? What are you still looking at? Apologise!’
Woman: ‘Sorry miss’
‘Sorry, sorry. That doesn’t solve everything! What you just did really hurts her sensitive feelings you know. Do you know how bad it makes her feel? You don’t even have any sympathy!’

Kate stalked off, angrier at Kenneth than the people at the supermarket. When Kenneth catches up to her on the walkway, she turns around and says sarcastically:
‘If Hong Kong didn’t have such passionate people like you, I really don’t know what the disabled people are going to do.’
Kenneth: ‘Oh, well don’t say that. Doesn’t matter la, say I am just helping you out of kindness. Well, then let’s just forget about what happened last time, OK? I’ve asked people, the hearing aids really are that expensive! Here, take this. I sincerely want to pay you back for what I did last time.’
Kate: ‘Thanks for your so called sincerity, but I won’t take your money. I just can’t live up to such pity.’

Kenneth’s aunt, who totally bosses his uncle around, wants to sell the noodle factory’s land for tens of billions of dollars. When she and her ‘rich’ friends come up to see Kenneth perform the traditional way of making noodles with a bamboo stick, Kenneth plays a prank on them. They complain that it is hot, so he tells them to stand in front of the fan and then throws flour in front of it! All of the flour ends up on them!

Kenneth and Chris are playing basketball when Chris sees his grandmother collecting cardboard boxes and soft drink cans. he runs up to her, saying loudly how she is so old, and its not as if they don’t give her enough food at home, so why is she out picking up rubbish. His grandmother says that it is because she wants to earn her own living and not seem useless and dependant. Kenneth then understands why Kate got so mad at him.

Kenneth was just apologising to Kate again when she sees Oscar. As they are following him, a truck comes by and they split up to look for him. Oscar notices that Kenneth is following him and calls his friends to bash him up. Kate from across the roads reads his lips and knows what he is doing.

Kate tries to stop him but Kenneth ignores her. When she sees Kenneth getting beat up, she puts on the voice of a police officer to make them back off. Too bad Oscar found out and chased after them. He was about to hit Kate with a metal pole, but Kenneth held up his arm and took the blow.

Wow! I never thought I’d have this much to write about... though I did write about this much at the start of FHII! Hmm, will continue for now...

I AM NO LONGER ON HOLIDAY HIGH! and for only one reason...
I just got an e-mail from my science teacher (i am sending her evil vibes rightt now!) and GUESS what?! She has decided that i have to hand in my prac report on the FIRST day back!!! eek! and what's worst, i left it at school, because originally, we had MORE time.

I am so angry . Am about to rip off all my hair la... no that would be letting her get the better of me.. nooo. I will just have to retype EVERYTHING from my notes. Which means inconsistent posting on SOS, though i will try to keep it up!

Speech of Silence~Episode 1

I must say that this series does sound a bit more original and exciting, but I’m only watching the first few episodes before I decide whether to watch on, as I don’t like Kate that much...
It started with Kate and a group of others in a studio, doing voiceovers for a movie.

At her dad’s shop Kate was able to wow everyone by remembering what all 6 of the people ordered. At that time, you still couldn’t tell that Kate was deaf until someone said she was fully deaf in her left ear and partially deaf in her right.

In the kitchen, Kate had knocked over a knife and her dad called out ‘Be careful!’ to her but she couldn’t hear him... She had lost her hearing when years ago there was a fire and the explosion had left her deaf.

Elaine, who plays Kate’s sister, seems to be portrayed as a girl who would betray love for money. Kate’s brother, Stephen, doesn’t seem as materialistic as Elaine but was still complaining about his computer being s-l-o-w.

At a computer shop, Kenneth comes in looking very suspicious (typical baseball cap pulled down low, black rucksack.) When he sees the security guards walking past, he walks away quickly. He accidentally bumps into Kate and Stephen said: ‘That guy was acting all suspicious next to you. There’s a lot of perverts nowadays videoing under girl’s skirts and uploading them onto the net!’

So then Kate followed Kenneth where she saw him put the bag down right next to a bunch of cheerleaders, which made him even more suspicious to Kate.

Kate: ‘You pervert! You really are videoing up girl’s skirts!’
Kenneth: ‘What?! Don’t talk rubbish! Everyone, you have mistaken me!’
Kate: ‘Mistaken? I saw it with my own eyes!’
Kenneth: ‘Miss, since when are there tall, handsome perverts? Go get your eyes checked.’
Kate: ‘Don’t you deny it. I saw it with my own eyes. Everybody, quickly call the police! I’ll be the witness.’
Kate grabs onto his arm as he tries to leave and accidentally steps on him
Kenneth: ‘Calm down, I’ll show you.’ He brings out a voice recorder, ‘See, I told you to get your eyes checked. This is a voice recorder, not a video camera. If voice recorders could video, I would have won the Noble Award la!’

Turns out that Kenneth is helping his auntie with voiceovers. He is able to recognise many different noises that different things make. His aunt says: ‘Aah, you really are the voiceover king’s son!’ Kenneth doesn’t like to talk about his dad though because he left him and his mother when he was very young. Kenneth’s real job, though, is working in his grandfather’s noodle factory with Chris Lai.

Kenneth’s aunt had actually been puzzling over what equipment to use for a certain type of weapon, and Kenneth was able to figure it out. The sound/voiceover was actually for a weapon that Bosco used in War of In-Laws I!

Kate although failing to impress the director before, is able to do a voiceover for a tongue twister because Claire had unfortunately grown lots of ulcers from eating spicy foods and couldn’t do it anymore. The customer had chosen her after seeing her able to expertly remember and repeat clearly everyone’s orders.

Kate opens the door into the studio just as Kenneth is leaving and the door hits Kenneth's forehead. Ouch! When Kenneth's aunt (Kingdom) inrtoduces him as OK仔 to Kate, she say: 'The name is OK仔 is no use, his personality isn't OK.'

'A name like 棠棠 is no use either if the person isn't sweet. Why don't you call yourself chilli?'

Kate stuffed up at first because everyone was so noisy and distracted her, so she took out her hearing aids. Unfortunately though, she left them behind in the studio. Kenneth had stayed behind and saw something about to fall on Kate’s head, so rushed over to catch it for her. Kenneth: ‘Are you deaf. I was so loud, and you still couldn’t hear me!’

When he was trying to save her, he accidentally stepped on and broke her hearing aids. Picking them up, Kate said: ‘yews, I am deaf, but better than you being blind!’

Thoughts: I am not to say I am impressed with the first studio, but it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Though there were a LOT of Kate scenes. In my opinion, it was a bit cliché, the idea of Kenneth and Kate being enemies, and then, of course, eventually falling in love. At first Kate’s voice bugged me a bit because it sounded really childish, but I later found that it suited her friendly, naïve, personality quite well. My decision is that, for now, I will continue watching this series until further notice... (Gosh, I sounded like a school principal or something...!)

Forensic Heroes II~Episode 11

Kevin and Frankie had recognised that they had fought with 喪狗 15 years ago, on the same day that he had died! Of course, they then had to be questioned by the police about this. Both of them told a recount of one happened that day when they fought喪狗 at 慈雲山配水庫. Because they were probably the last people to see喪狗, they were not allowed to participate in the case.

Fred and Yvonne decided to go back to慈雲山配水庫 to look for more evidence to prove that Kevin and Frankie are innocent. The 重案組 team on the other hand were trying to find out what喪狗’s real name is.

Back at Bobby and Frankie’s flat, Frankie is sent a photo of him and Ivan fighting with 喪狗. The sender calls himself ‘witness’ and says that if Frankie doesn’t want people finding out about his fight with 喪狗 because it will ruin his reputation, then he has to give him $10 000. Blackmail...

The witness sent another email to Frankie telling him to go to 順寧道公園門囗 at 9 p.m. the next day to hand over the money, and that he would be wearing a grey jacket and hat. The 重案組 team gave him the name of ‘灰貓’.

On the night a man wearing a grey jacket and grey hat did come to take the money, but Frankie was able to test that he wasn’t the witness that had sent him the email. So then they continued to follow the man, hoping to find ‘witness.’ When people came out from the alleyway, they could tell who witness was because previously, they had put powder onto the bag containing the money, and with special binoculars, they could see who had touched the bag.

‘Witness’, whose real name is was able to prove that after Frankie and Kevin had fought with 喪狗, whose real name is 周長發, 喪狗 was still alive. Unfortunately, 馮添 left after stealing 喪狗’s watch and necklace, and didn’t see who had killed 喪狗.

Kevin helping Charmaine fix her DVD player: Kevin picked up Charmaine’s pen again and Charmaine found out that it was actually Kevin that had picked up her pen for her the other day.

Charmaine invited the whole of the forensics and 重案組 team to her house for a party. Charmaine’s mum’s stomach started hurting when they arrived and it was food poisoning from having eaten food from Charmaine’s stepbrother’s restaurant.

Charmaine’s dad rushed over to see Charmaine’s mum and her stepmother came too, and started accusing Charmaine’s mum of pretending to be sick and causing the complaints to her son’s restaurant. How much more of a b**** could she be?
She even called Charmaine the three words, 掃把星 (pronounced ‘tong-ju-dun’) which means something along the lines of bringing bad luck to her husband, perhaps even causing death!

Charmaine says, ‘Right! My mum has gotten sick from eating food from YOUR son’s restaurant. There’s no way he’s ever getting any business again, or I’m not called 馬幗英!

As you can see, I've FINALLY made a Franda banner. I absolutely love this couple (scrap age gaps!) and hope there will be more Franda series in the future although Frankie doesn't act much nowadays. .. I guess that not many people find this pair appealing because of the age difference and because Frankie is already married, but after watching FHI, I love tis pair in series! Basically, the inspiration behind this banner is to represent all the sweet moment between Sam and Ding Ding, *sniff sniff. Hope you guys like it!

Forensic Heroes II~Episode 10

Although it was proved that it was the son that had hit the woman, he argues that he had been beeping the horn and the woman had totally ignored him. This was because the woman had been talking on the phone and listening to her MP3 at the same time, which was why she couldn’t hear the beeping horn. She couldn’t see the van either, as from the conversation on the phone, they found out she had been looking the opposite way at a road sign. This case was utterly... pointless.

At a cake shop, Raymond and Charmaine’s step mum have an argument in which he said a word (巧) that may have sounded like a swear word (Q). She had then gone and complained about him.

Charmaine helps Raymond by talking to Madam Wong (person in charge of complaint) and telling her that he wouldn’t do anything of the sort. She finds out from Matthew that Frankie is actually the famous writer 古采尼. He also says that one of the characters in the books, Madam Mui, is actually written to be like Madam Ma, except there are quite a lot of negative things written about her!
Charmaine goes back to the cake shop to try and find some more clues to prove that Raymond didn’t swear. She meets the customers from that day and the child had said that Raymond never said the letter Q.
They had arranged to go out for dinner that night to celebrate, and much to the rest of the 重案組’s surprise, Raymond asks Matthew and Charmaine to come as well!!!

Charmaine sees Frankie at the canteen and says all this stuff about ‘Madam’ actually being friends with the rest of her team, because she still thinks that she is Madame Mui. Luckily, Frankie explains to her that he had invented Madam Mui’s character before he met Charmaine.

*New case

A man that was digging a hole in the woods to bury his dog had found the bones of a dead male body buried in 1993. The cause of his death had been a heavy blow to the back of his head.

His teeth and skull were taken to forensic sculptor to try and reconstruct his face as that was the only way they could find out his identity.

Frankie and Kevin recognised that they had once fought with a person wearing the same t-shirt as the one the body had been wearing. The person they had fought with was called 喪狗.
At the lab, they were shown what the reconstructed face of the dead body looked like. Guess what? This is pretty predictable, that person was喪狗!

Forensic Heroes II~Episode 9

Astrid has decided to return to the U.S now to get back to her work there. I am amazed, maybe even a little disbelieving at how fast she can recover from her husband’s death. Though it is true that as a doctor, she often faces thing like death and illness.

Macy had deliberately requested to be sent to 西九龍 police station just so she can work in the same region as Charmaine, who is her idol. On her first day, she brings in cake for the 重案組 team and invites them all to her house to try out her mum’s cooking, Coincidentally, the cake she brings in (拿破崙) is one of Charmaine’s family’s favourites, and Charmaine even buys a cake from her.

When Charmaine comes to pick up the food, she is surprised to see Kevin there and also insists on paying although Connie (Macy’s mum) says she doesn’t have to. Kevin: ‘Just let her pay, in the police force, nobody dares argue with her!’Kevin then volunteers to carry the food to Charmaine’s car for her. Charmaine: ‘You don’t have to. Besides, you said nobody on the police force dares argue with me.’ Kevin: ‘Yes, but we aren’t at the police station now’.

On the way to her car, a kid skating past accidentally causes Charmaine to knock over her stepmother’s bag. This starts up an argument and her stepmother says to Kevin: ‘You’re her boyfriend? You’re pretty brave! I wish you good luck, she has a name to call-‘
Charmaine: ‘If you’re bold enough, say it.’
Stepmother: ‘Why aren’t I bold enough, it’s just three words.’
Charmaine glares at her.
Stepmother: ‘What? I’ll really say it.’
Charmaine: ‘Say it!’

At lunch, they all let Matthew sit at their table because they want to find out what the three words are. Matthew thinks that he knows and says: 死-野-女. Haha, they all look they like are pulling a funny face!

*New case

Somehow, there doesn’t seem to be anything suspicious about it, so I don’t have much hope that this will be any better than the previous cases. A woman is dead after being hit by a van driven by a father who was doing a delivery with his son.
Basically, there are two main suspects, the father and the son. The father had said he was driving, and had sounded the horn when he saw the woman walking out on the road. However, if so, there should have been a palm print there, but there wasn’t. This is because he was wearing gloves. The gloves had two types of DNA, belonging to the father and the son.

However, the son’s fingerprints were nowhere to be found on the steering wheel. Also, the steering wheel had a dent in it, which may have been caused by an accessory from the driver when they braked and hit the steering wheel. They proved that the driver was actually the son because the brake pedal had his shoe print and he had a bruise on his chest.

Argh, quite disappointing. So far, to me, most of the cases are just to show off how forensics can be used to solve crimes and all that, but there hasn’t been anything even slightly more interesting or worth biting your nails over yet. I hope there will soon be a case like the one where Charmaine Li played Tracey in FH1!

Forensic Heroes II~Episode 8

I’m beginning to think that the only reason that Astrid and Savio came back was to form another case. This seems kind of pointless and I’m hoping for there to be some more intriguing cases and more twists. Right now, all the cases seem to be too easily solved and there are no twists or unpredictable events like in the prequel.

They think that this is a ‘complicated’ case as there has been evidence of struggle and maybe a fight of some sort, but strangely, Savio still had most of his valuable possessions… except for his wedding ring.

I feel so sorry for Astrid. Originally, she had come to Hong Kong for Linda’s wedding, but ended up coming to her funeral instead. Then, she finds out her husband has a brain tumour and he dies as well!

Yoyo is finally able to put the past behind her and is becoming more optimistic!
She visits the 重案組 team. Sadly, she can’t be one of the front-liners anymore but has decided to come back to the police force and work in the CRB department instead, which mainly deals with paperwork.

Vivien says she knows where Savio might have gone to eat the dumplings found in his stomach, and Charmaine says, ‘Being greedy has its benefits too’. Vivien asks whether that was meant as a compliment or a put down?’ and Raymond says ‘What do you think?’ Personally, I think Charmaine was trying to be funny, but it kind of back fired!

When looking back at the surveillance tapes at the dumpling shop, they found two suspects, who had both left the shop straight after Savio. One of the suspects had squeezed a pimple and wiped his blood onto the back of the tables. His blood DNA was the same as the blood found in Savio’s nails. Also, the suspect had dropped a packet of tissues which had a strand of his hair stuck to it. Kevin found that his hair was extremely oily and had a lot of dandruff.

They concluded that the suspect was a grown man with an illness which caused bad cases of acne and also hair loss, so he must have been wearing a wig. While asking at all the shops that sold wigs in that area, Charmaine spotted the suspect and chased after him. To catch him, she jumped onto the roof of a walkway, onto a truck and leapt off on top of the guy. Impressive! (Though she probably had a stuntwoman doing it for her.)

The suspect, 江有全 had wanted to rob Savio and Savio had willingly given him his wallet because he had been planning to commit suicide anyway. However, he changed his mind when he heard someone playing the song ‘You are my Angel’ on the saxophone. At that moment, 江有全 tried to grab his wedding ring off him. When he eventually got the ring and pushed Savio away, Savio had tripped on one of the stools and fallen over the edge.

Astrid goes back to the balcony that Savio had fallen down from. there, she heard the song ‘You are my Angel’ which was what Savio had heard that day before he died.
So stupid! If the robber had just taken the money and left, instead of trying to get the ring as well, Savio would still be alive. I was hoping there would be more to this case than just a robbery gone wrong.

Forensic Heroes II~Episode 7

They take Lor Yuk Gil to the police station where they make her pick up a call from Sek Tau Yong so that Charmaine can trace the call and find him. Charmaine tactfully manages to get it out of Lor Yuk Gil that it was Sek Tau Yong that had killed Wong Bil. Wong Bil had been wanting more money from Sek Tau Yong and that had started up a fight between them Sek Tau Yong then drowned him in the bath tub, and asked Lor Yuk Gil to clean up after it.

Sek Tau Yong on the other hand denied that he had anything to do with it. Frankie proves it by comparing a model of Wong Bil’s teeth with a bite on Sek Tau Yong, which were the same. However, I don’t know how they can prove Sek Tau Yong had killed Wong Bil even if they did have a fight. But I don’t care, really, I’m just glad he got caught because HE KILLED DING DING.

Frankie thanks Linda for helping him solve the case because if she hadn’t have booked a table at the restaurant for them, he wouldn’t have found a way of solving the case. *Sniff sniff so touching...

Oh, I feel so sorry for Matthew! They don’t let him sit at their table because he doesn’t hate Charmaine like they do. Argh, when are they going to resolve all this already? I’m getting quite sick of it. Vivien makes a big fuss out of the fact that her star sign will lose wsomething this week and that her ‘Prince Charming’ will return it to her. Overhearing this, Matthew tells Charmaine who is also a ‘Librarian’, the same as Vivien.

Charmaine loses a pen lid that is very important to her, and who finds it? Kevin! But Frankie ended up giving it back to her. I wonder who’s her Prince Charming now?

At the hospital, Bobby and Yoyo bump into Astrid who was there with Savio for his body check. Bobby pats Astrid on the arm to comfprt her, and right at that moment Savio comes out and sees them. He loses control and goes absolutely crazy. he punches Bobby, pushes Astrid and Yoyo away, and starts chasing Bobby, trying to hit him with a rubbish bin. What is his problem?! Can’t he see that Bobby already has Yoyo??? Turns out he has a brain tumor in a the part of his brain responsible for self-control.

Yoyo goes off to her room, upset about the fact that she cannot use her right arm anymore and couldn’t even stop Savio when normally; she could’ve stopped him with one hand. Even when Bobby shows her the ring in the bus and proposes to her, she still refuses, thinking that Bobby was only doing it because he felt sorry for her. For some reason, I find that Bobby doesn’t seem to suit romantic scenes, which is probably why I didn’t like him in Marriage of Convenience that much.

When Bobby and Astrid are at a café, Astrid gets an SMS from Matt, which implied that he was planning on committing suicide. Back at their flat, she finds that he had left his will and all their property and insurance paperwork on the bed. Just at that moment, Bobby receives a call, notifying him that Matt’s dead body had been found. At first, they believe that he had jumped from the building, but Frankie then said: “There is a possibility that it isn’t suicide... but homicide

Fung: That’s part of the script! Don’t listen to them… yeah… those were my lines. Actually yesterday Ha Yu is quite a swimmer, because when he jumps into the water, half of the pool is empty.

Forensic Heroes II~Episode 6

At the start of the episode, it replays what had happened in episode 5, when Savio slaps Astrid across the face so hard that she bleeds. It was quite scary, actually, seeing him look so menacing. I thought: ‘Gosh, is this some kind of weirdo freak who has mental problems and abuses his wife???’ He accuses her of coming back to Hong Kong only because she wanted to see Tim Sir again. As she turns to leave, Savio grabs onto her arm (no, he doesn’t violently bash her up), but pleads her not to leave him and that he didn’t know why he had lost control like that. He said that when he saw Astrid hugging Bobby, he felt really jealous and that it was probably because he loved her too much. He was talking so fast and gotten so worked up about it that he had a minor heart attack. Astrid, as a doctor and his wife, of course stayed to help him.

Yoyo, after an operation on her right ear to fix up her right ear drum, which had been pierced by the extreme vibrations of the earthquake, still could not hear. The doctor suggested that it may be because the explosion caused her blood vessels to move and put pressure on the cochlear nerve. In that case, she would have to do an operation on her brain to fix it. Her hand couldn’t be fixed either, so she can’t hold a gun anymore.

Kevin’s first day at the forensics department. Everyone seems to like him as they had heard about the time when he disposed the hand grenade thrown at Lee Sing Cheung. They had managed to find small, incomplete parts of a fingerprint, but what they were really looking for was the battery used to trigger the bomb, as it had a larger surface area and it would be more likely to find a complete fingerprint on it. Kevin remembered that on the day of the explosion, a little girl’s teddy bear had been blown outwards from Lee Sing Cheung’s car, which contained the battery they were looking for.

The fingerprint found had belonged to a person called Wong Bil, whose house contained substances used for bombs. However, Wong Bil himself was found dead in his bathroom. A very expensive, good-quality jade pendant had been found in Wong Bil’s bathroom, which they believed belonged to Sek Tau Yong, who was Lee Sing Cheung’s jade-loving enemy. He had come back to Hong Kong most likely to collect his beloved jades and had killed Wong Bil.

While interviewing Wong Bil’s ‘girlfriend’ who worked at a bar, Charmaine noticed she had a very expensive looking jade necklace on, which most probably means that she had been Sek Tau Yong’s ‘girl’ while he was hiding out at Wong Bil’s house.

Savio has that weird ‘losing control attack’ happen again when Bobby simply put a hand on Astrid’s shoulder. Luckily, he didn’t hit Astrid again!

Astrid for some reason calls Linda’s mobile, to which Frankie answers. He said that he had carried Linda’s phone around with him in case anyone called him and also because it made him feel closer to her… awww, so sweet yet sad at the same time.
Frankie gets a ring from a restaurant asking to confirm a dinner there that night that Linda had booked especially for the two of them.
Flashback to Linda trying to cook crab, and asking Frankie, wasn’t she smart, because she had come up with the idea of injecting alcohol into the crab so it wouldn’t move around when she chopped it up.

Argh, I'm so pissed that that guy could just set off a bomb not caring that he was killing an innocent person... like 汀汀.

By tracing Wong Bil’s girlfriend’s calls (Lor Yuk Gil), they found that each day for the past three days, at exactly 5p.m., someone had called her from a public telephone booth. This, they believed, was Sek Tau Yong asking her to check whether the police were still guarding his house.
At the end of the episode, Frankie is holding a container with a pink substance in it, and he says:
‘Thank you, Ding Ding, with your help; I can definitely solve this case.’

我的最愛MV~ Alex and Stephy

It probably doesn't come as much of a surprise to you seeing as I have just announced my new obssession in my previous post. After enjoying the movie so much, I went and checked out the MV, which I thought was pret-ty sweet. This is my interpretation: Alex and Stephy used to be lovers, but when they meet again, both of them are too 'shy' to talk or bump into each other. In the end, they both gaze into each others eyes and Alex's phone is playing '我的最愛'.

The second is the TVB version of the MV.In this version, Alex and Stephy meet each other on the streets where Alex is pushing a bicycle. They both stand there and think back to memories of when they were a couple and Alex was trying to teach Stephy how to ride.

In both versions they don't get back together, but while in the first I felt a feeling of longing and loss, the second seemed much more playful and + there were more parts where Alex and Stephy were actually together.

New Obssession '我的新歡'

我的最愛是... After watching this movie, I have found a new obssession... Alephy, and just anything to do with Alex!!! As I say, a girl can have more than one obssession at a time, can't she? Hehe love tis pair, they are so cute together.

However much I like this movie, I've decided not to do a review as Fiona has posted one just recently, and I totally agree with what she says! I just hope the next Alephy movie comes out soon!

Moses Chan Reborn to Fight Raymond Lam in "Heart of Greed II"

"Moonlight Resonance" will air next month, and received a lot of media during its filming. Recently, "Heart of Greed" was alos played on TVB's paid channel, causing "Heart of Greed" mania to slip through every hole. Previously there were rumors that "Moonlight" was tailor made for Raymond Lam. His character is very likeable and he also has a lot of scenes, promoting him to be TV king at the end of the year. This caused Moses Chan, who was originally going to be the main lead, to demote to a big extra. He also had to die from a heart attack in episode 33, so Raymond can run his own show towards the end.

However, lately there has been reliable reports which says because the producer wants a happy end, Moses surprisingly doesn't have to die. Plus he will be in the series until the last episode (episode 41), with eight extra episodes of scenes and will be leading with Raymond from start to finish. "Siu sang" fighting for TV kind is even better viewing than "Moonlight."

Even though there's no individual show towards the end of the series, but portraying a good son looking after his family, he will "kill" many housewives! This year's TV king is yours (Raymond), don't fear!Last year, "Heart of Greed" made Moses the TV king. This year it's TVB son Raymond's turn. Even Raymond admitted earlier that "Moonlight" will give him more chances to display his skills, plus originally Moses will die in episode 33, so towards the end Raymond will lead the whole show. Unfortuantely producer Lau Ka Ho decided on a happy ending, Moses doesn't have to die. The storyline towards the end (about fighting fortunes) Moses and Raymond will have similar screen time.

Suddenly came back form the dead: A source reveals, "Originally Moses will die form a heart attack, leaving girlfriend Tavia Yeung alone. But the producer said it's the moon festival and doesn't want the end to be so sad, so he chaged it!" Plus earlier Moses knew he had to die so he called the producer many times hoping he will be saved. Clearly Moses win this time, don't need to die and also have scenes towards the end. Last Saturday (June 7th) they were filming "Moonlight" at Tsim Sha Tsui (wedding scenes of Ha Yu and Michelle Yim). During filming Raymond and Moses were talking and laughing happily, and seemed like good friends. About coming back from the dead, Moses admits to the reporters, "In "Moonlight" my character will be in the series until the 41st episode. But how the story will go I don't care, leave it up to the producer! Even though Raymond can't be the only lead towards the end, but about this brother (in the series) Moses coming back from the dead, he can only accept.

Face: We heard Moses doesn't have to die in "Moonlight!"Raymond: Yeah! Seems like they want a happy ending! That's good! It will be aired during the moon festival, so happy is good!

Face: With Moses having more scenes, that would affect your chances to become TV king!Raymond: I never said that I want to become TV king, you said it.

Fighting for fortunes (deceased estates) again: Rumor has it Moses doesn't have to die, he will also marry Tavia at the end. Because of health reasons he will also end his investment company and help his family bakery. At the end they will also have fighting fortune scenes, but this time the main charater will change from Susanna Kwan to Michelle, fighting against Ha Yu's family. At the end of course te good guys will win! Unfortunately the ending scenes will concentrate on the older actors, there won't be a lot of opportunities to shine for Moses and Raymond. So Raymond don't need to fear about Moses coming back from the dead, better to fear Ha Yu!

This time Fala will be a good girl who can't speak. She will be a couple of Yeung Tin Ging.

Linda Chung not constant:Last time as Seung Joi Sum she had to cry from start to finish! This time there is a breakthrough. She will be with someone else while her boyfriend leaves the country, of course there's a reason behind it.

Bosco Wong loves one person only: He was supposed to be a pair with Linda, but late he had to work overseas so they drifted apart. Raymond will intrude in this relationship.

Raymond intruding...Because Bosco went overseas, he develped feelings for Linda over time. Later when Bosco comes back, Linda has to choose.

Kate Tsui will have an abortion:Even though she only appears in the middle of the series, but this character is outstanding, so it's not too late to come up!

Lai Lok Yi will be rich:Kate will marry Lai Lok Yi for money, and then found out she is carrying Yeung Ming's child.

Moses is inconstant (chases many girls): At the start he was attracted to Kate's sexy outlook and starts chasing her.

Yeung Ma kills his own:Kate's overseas friend- he has a one night stant with Kate after they were drunk. Then she got pregnant

Thoughts: One word: OMG~ I am so looking forward to this series and I'll probably stay up really late at night to watch all of it as soon as possible (that's what I do when there's a series I really like). I believe the expectations will be pretty high and it is expected to live up to the standards of HOG. I absolutely love the cast, the love triangles and the plot so my hopes for this production is very high! Unfortunately, I think that Gem of Life will be the major production winning an award this year... But yes! I am so happy it is coming out soon... Lots of Raymond scenes to drool over (I think he deserves a main role award this year)!)

Plot:

With the support of her mentor KO MING (Yue Yeung), TONG becomes a voice over talent by utilizing her lip reading ability and she meets another voice talent LEUNG KAI YIN (Kenneth Ma) who also has keen interest in the industry. YIN is fond of the leading voice actress YUEN SIU NA (Claire Yiu) and he asks TONG to be his matchmaker. TONG suffers from a lack of confidence to exhibit her love to YIN so she prefers to help achieve his wish.

YIN and TONG soon become the famous couple of the industry and their career grows swiftly. However, TONG’s younger sister CHAI KA YEE (Elaine Yiu) suddenly commits suicide after losing her love. In order to rescue YEE, TONG loses her hearing completely. YEE is deeply ashamed for causing the tragedy and CHEUNG YAU (Chris Lai) consoles her whole-heartedly. After the trauma, TONG abandons herself completely and she hides away from everybody including YIN. During the time, MING’s voice over team suddenly breaks up and YIN is the only person staying behind. MING is helpless and he urges TONG to return.

Thoughts: I must say, even though i do not like Kate Tsui that much, I am ver eagerly anticipating this series as I had loved Kenneth Ma in Survivor's Law II. It seems like a very new, refreshing idea to have a deaf person in a series as I don't recall TVB having done that in the past. Yes, Hugo, I said it first, but God did answer our prayers for a series with a deaf person (only because it would be interesting). Hopefully, Kate will e able to impress me this time, as I did notice improvement in her acting in Steps.

While YIU is devastated by her husband’s death, she is also heartbroken to come to know that he had an affair. YIU LAP TIN (Michael Miu), a friend of LEUNG’s from school, shows up out of the blue and he cares a great deal about her. Later, YIU discovers that TIN, who works for a security firm, is in fact LING’s husband and that he is not a friend of LEUNG in the least.

No one brings home the bacon since LEUNG died. Fortunately, LEUNG’s boss, TSU YEUK-YUE (Power Chan), has found YIU a job at the insurance company they work at. Although her supervisor, CHING NGO-YEE (Crystal Tin), means to make things difficult for her, YIU takes it all. This makes YEE change her view on YIU and the two have become good friends. YIU wants to get over her pain and stand on her own two feet but TIN is determined to find out about the truth of LEUNG and LING’s deaths. YIU has no choice but to give him a hand. However, the deeper they dig into the case, the more mysterious they find it. YIU cannot even judge who is friend and who is foe.

Thoughts:
I do look forward to this series as I like Michael Miu's acting, but unfortunately, I will have to wait until I watch the first episode to decide whther or not I like it as this will be the first time I see Anita Yuen acting for TVB.

Linda Chung & Raymond Lam film kissing scene without the need to brush their teeth;

Yesterday rumoured couple Raymond Lam and Linda Chung were filming a kissing scene in Central Piers for new series “Heart of Greed 2”. The scene consists of them on their first date and suddenly kissing. Although Linda expressed that kissing is something normal for a boyfriend or girlfriend to do in the real world. But no matter how much chemistry you have on screen or how well you know the person, it’s still very awkward to film kissing scenes.

In “Heart of Greed 2” Linda will have 2 kissing scenes with Raymond. “We didn’t have any NG ‘s because we wanted to finish the scene as quickly as we could. (Did you do any preparations or discuss with Raymond before you filmed the scene?) In “Heart of Greed” we did. We did preparations such as brushing our teeth before filming as we respect each other. But we really had no time to prepare for it this time. Therefore we just did it instantly. Also it’s not a long kissing clip so it doesn’t matter, it only lasted for 10 seconds".

(Asked which actor Linda felt most awkward filming a kissing scene with? )She immediately states Ron Ng “That time was when we filmed for TVB’s Sales Presentation. It was my first on screen kiss and we were filming the scene in Lan Kwai Fong which was crowded with people taking photos. At first I did ask if we could do a pretend kiss by using different angle shots. But in the end we were kissing for real and I felt very awkward”.

Thoughts: Well, not much to sayreally except... Linda, I am JEALOUS. Ok, because I am BIG fan of Raymond. (As if anyone hasn't realised, lolz). I reckon Linda's hair style and clothing suit her quite well, but Raymond's haircut from a backwards view seems like it needs a bit of touching up. I musty admit though, they look very compatible as a couple and I look forward to them pairing upin... HOGII!!!

Not in much of a mood to watch this particular episode because Ding Ding dies. L So sad yet romantic when they show sweet moments from before Ding Ding died, including ones from FHI!

Frankie is being too hard on himself. He shouldn’t be blaming himself and feeling guilty. It wasn’t his fault at all and seeing him so down about it is quite depressing. I must admit though, his crying scenes were very real and believable. So much that I felt like crying myself. Bobby, on the other hand, seemed very cam, too calm, when his girlfriend was still in danger of losing her life.

Forensic Heroes II~Episode 5 Part A

I have decided to make episode 5 summary mostly on Sam and Ding Ding as it is their last time together. Here is just a summary of what else happened in the episode minus the DingDing and Sam scenes (scroll down for episode 4 summary, and I will do a post on Sam and Ding Ding as well soon):

Yoyo is fine but cannot hear much with her right ear and the nerve in her right hand had also been cut. Unfortunately, the person who had installed the bomb underneath Lee Sing Cheung’s car had disguised himself as a car washer, so they had no idea who he was.

Charmaine’s mum finally appears. I haven’t really seen Kara Hui as the motherly type, but seeing her now, I reckon this kind of role suits her quite well. At a restaurant, where Charmaine and her parents are having dinner, a bad-tempered, troublesome woman enters, namely Charmaine’s stepmother (Lo Yuen Yan). Charmaine’s mum and dad were actually already engaged, but her dad ended up marrying so as to help her mum’s father, who was very ill.

How could she say that Charmaine’s mum was the 狐狸精 when she and Charmaine’s dad were never in love in the first place? This woman just has no shame. However, I think has played this role really well.

Yoyo wakes up, and luckily, Bobby is right by her side. Even though she was injured herself, she feels very guilty and is blaming herself for not being able to Linda away in time to save her.

The bomb had been controlled using a mobile phone which sent a message to a receiver locate in the bomb. This then triggers the explosion. Also, all parts of the bomb were collected except for the battery which activates the bomb. As it tends to have a larger surface area, it is more likely that they will find fingerprints on it.

Kevin asks Bobby if he can join the forensics team because he believes that forensics is able to speak for the victim using science and technology. He says that that is what truly interests him, not just taking bombs apart. Of course Bobby says yes straight away! He’s probably had an eye on him ever since the day he had ever so calmly disposed the hand grenade.

Charmaine (leader) and Matthew join 重案組 as Yoyo is unable to work on the ‘front line’, because she cannot hold a gun anymore. Of course Raymond, Vivien, Oscar, and Eddie don’t like this arrangement at all.

At the church, Frankie puts the wedding ring onto Linda’s finger and kisses her gently on the mouth. Out in the corridor, Astrid is crying and hugging onto Bobby, when her husband Savio sees. As soon as they get home and Astrid turns around he slaps her across the face! I was so shocked that I actually jumped!

Forensic Heroes II~Episode 4

Yay! Now I can find out how they knew Jack was the murderer. Basically, it’s just common sense, really. If he hadn’t planned on killing the guy, they why would he wear gloves? (We assume he was wearing gloves as he said he had hit Wong Jing Hung with a baseball bat but there weren’t any fingerprints found.) The fingerprints of Wong Jing Hung indicated that he was in fact trying to stop himself from falling into the trap, but a footprint on his chest shows that someone (presumably Jack) had kicked him hard so that he would fall in.

A good side of Charmaine: She asked Yoyo to give a baseball bat to Wong Jing Hung’s son and to pretend that he had bought it. You could tell that she truly cared about them, it’s just that... we have to wait for them to dig up Charmaine’s past to find that out.

Frankie and Linda moment alert! Frankie and Linda go shopping to look for a pair of runners for Linda to wear on the wedding. Awww, so sad she won’t get a chance to get married. He cares about her soooo much! When Kevin sms Frankie to tell them he had found a pair, they went over to the shop. They didn’t have Linda’s size and as it was made overseas, it would already be past their wedding by the time they arrived, so Frankie went and picked out his own crystals to make her a pair... one word... SWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET. Linda, at the same time, was making a pair of the exact same crystal runner key rings!

So adorable! Franda forever!

When talk about tattoos comes up in their conversation, Kevin and Frankie decide to visit the guy who did their tattoos for them, Long Yer. The waiter who had tried to kill Lee Sing Cheung with the hand grenade was actually hiding out at the tattooist’s flat. After an unnecessarily long chase, Frankie and Kevin catch him. The waiter admits that it was Lee Sing Cheung’s rival Sek Tau Yong who had told him to do it.

Bobby and Yoyo at Dream again: Bobby gave her a model London bus, asking her if she wanted to go to England with him. Yoyo refused and left pretty soon after that. Aargh! She could have looked at it! And Bobby should’ve stopped her! There was a ring hidden in a secret compartment in the bus, so Bobby was going to propose to her. I felt a bit sorry for Bobby, sitting there all alone, staring dejectedly at the ring he had bought for his girlfriend.

When Kevin goes out shopping with his cousin Formula (Macy Chan) (I actually thought it was his girlfriend at first and I was like what the?), she goes in to try on a dress that Charmaine was trying on at the same time. He thinks that Charmaine is his cousin and drapes a silk scarf over her shoulders. Charmaine turns around and says ‘Wah, you’re pretty eager/keen’ Basically, I think she meant ‘sleazy’. Luckily, his cousin comes out and clarifies everything. Not a good start to Charvin at all! Lolz :)

Charmaine gives some tissues that Lee Sing Cheung had sneezed on for Bobby to test to see if he could find out where they were doing the drug dealing. They found traces of cocaine and volcanic ash. On the truck used to carry the drugs, there was evidence suggesting the drug dealing site was Yuen Long.

They caught Lee Sing Cheung’s drug dealing partner from Malaysia ‘Paka’ and just as they were about to catch Lee Sing Cheung as well, they run off into their cars. At this time, Yoyo and Linda arrive and try to stop them. They both fell over and underneath their car, Linda saw a bomb. ‘THERE’S A BOMB!’. Yoyo tried to drag her to safety, but she tripped over her scarf and fell back down just as the car explodes... gosh this world is a horrible place. Bombs, hand grenades, Linda dying... so sad to see Frankie come and see his fiancé lying down unconscious. He drops the box containing the runners he made for Linda. She will never have the chance to wear them.

Eyaah today had a tuition school test. Science, I'm starting to be not as good at coz I didn't study... (to make myself feel better, I tell myself that it's actually harder than my grade!) Maths I reckon I did quite OK at maths but still, there were some questions I wasn't completely sure of.

Forensic Heroes II~Episode 3

+3Ooh finally! In the last episode, Kevin finally came!!! (Sorry, just getting a bit carried away there) Somehow in the confusion, he ends up holding the bomb while the cowards run away. It was a good idea as his job is a bomb disposal expert.

The people all back away while Kevin gets ready to dispose the bomb into a hole surrounded by sandbags. *Suspense* OMG... so nerve racking watching him slowly lower the hand grenade into the hole. Ok... he’s letting go in slow motion (aargh, this is torture). Yay! He made it over the wall of sandbags in the 4 seconds that he had.

Surprisingly, even though he didn’t see the person’s face, he recognized that he had a tattoo on his hand and was a long-term smoker. Turns out that Kevin and Frankie knew each other 15 years ago before Kevin left to go to England. Kevin was meant to come five years ago, but didn’t turn up until now. They were both actually bad guys!!! That is, when they were young of course. Kevin had gone to England to study bomb disposal and forensics while Frankie, with encouragement from his sister, has become a forensic writer. Oh and did I mention, Kevin was the one who sent the knife.

Through Charmaine’s flashbacks, I saw that Wong Jing Hung had risked his life to help Charmaine because he wanted to get paid for being a ‘line’. Then, after they caught Lee Sing Cheung, he and his family could travel overseas to start a new life together.

I quite disliked this incident because it seemed to have worsened Bobby and Yoyo’s relationship. Bobby had invited Yoyo to dine with him that night at a romantic restaurant called ‘Dream’. Unfortunately, this is where Frankie had proposed to Linda, and led to Yoyo thinking that Bobby was going to propose to her that night. And he was! He gave her a box of chocolates, like Frankie did to Linda (except one of Linda’s chocolates had a ring) and Yoyo was disappointed to find that there was nothing but chocolate in hers. At least it shows she wanted to marry him!

Matthew and Charmaine go to Sing Sing Bar. Their aim was to find out more about Wong Jing Hung selling drugs there, as a uni-graduate who had recently died after using drugs bought from him. As they are leaving, they see Jack Wu outside the bar, burning some white paper in a silver tray. (This is a traditional Chinese custom that is done for people who have passed away).

(The guy in the striped shirt is the uni-graduate that died after wandering out onto the road and getting hit by a van).

They find out that Jack had been lying the whole time. It had actually rained that morning when Jack had gone looking for his key ring, so the key should have lots of mud on it, but it didn’t, which proves that he had actually dropped it

Frankie recognized one of the bruises on Wong Jing Hung’s body that looked exactly like the picture on Jack’s key ring. We have a suspect! Also, the key ring was a medal from an architectural competition, so it couldn’t belong to Jack as he only went up to year 9 at school. Charmaine arrives and reveals that the key ring belongs to Jack’s brother, who was the uni-graduate that had died after consuming the drugs supplied by Wong Jing Hung. I’m jumping to conclusions here but Jack probably killed Wong Jing Hung because the drugs that he sold had caused his brother’s death.

When they inspected Jack’s house they found Wong Jing Hung’s blood and mud from the war

game centre on his shoes. Jack admits that he went to his house and did hit him with the baseball bat, but that Wong Jing Hung had chased him to the war game centre and fell into the wild pig trap by accident. I was disappointed for a moment as I was so sure my prediction was right. Right on time, Frankie and Bobby arrive, saying ‘YOU’RE LYING. YOU HAD IN FACT PLANNED TO KILL WONG JING HUNG ALL ALONG’.

Forensic Heroes II~Episode 2

This is where they continue on from the last episode and question Charmaine as to why her fingerprints were found on Wong Jing Hung’s baseball bat. Charmaine admits that she had given it to him the day before he had died, which further implies that their relationship was not as simple as they thought it was. Yoyo asked her about why he would be willing to help her when he could lose his life if the other drug dealers found out about it. Hmmm... why would he?

I had never suspected that Charmaine was the one who had injured Wong Jing Hung, and soon Bobby comes (he always seems to come in when there’s some sort crisis. I would have liked to see that being taken further...) and tells them that the positioning of her fingerprints indicates that she was indeed handing it to someone, not using it as a weapon. Maybe she was just desperate to find more clues, but Yoyo almost seemed disappointed that Wong Jing Hung’s murder had nothing to do with Charmaine...

The foursome (I like to call Bobby, Yoyo, Frankie and Linda the foursome as they were the original cast) are all at Yoyo’s house where Linda is testing out the mosquito ringtone on them (for those of you who don’t know, the mosquito ringtone is just a very high pitch noise that generally only people under 25 years of age can hear).

Yoyo remembered that one of the players at the war game centre, Lau San San had also said she could hear a high pitched sound that hurt her ears. Doing a test on her, they found out that the noise she heard had a frequency of 17 000 Hz, which would be similar to the sound frequency of a dog whistle. Yoyo then immediately thought back to the day when they discovered the dead body and recalled that there had been lots of dogs there.

At the place where the shooter had supposedly shot Chan Ji Sing and Jack, Bobby blew the dog whistle. A dog then led them to a secret den in the bushes where they found the gun the shooter had used.

They were later able to prove that the worker (Charles Szeto) who had said he’d broken his glasses, Lee Chung Son, was the murderer. He had worn contacts, and when rubbing his eyes onto the gloves, his tears had transferred onto the gun. (Wow, they must’ve had to have inspected the gun really thoroughly to find... tear DNA? on it.) However, I don’t think he should have gone to jail (maybe metal institution?) because he wasn’t crazy (ok, maybe a little), or malicious, he was just trying to get revenge for his dog friend red bean (sounds a bit stupid when I say it like that). Chan Ji Sing should have gone to jail because using an animal to test out your shooting skills is just wrong.

Bobby’s idol’s famous words: whenever two things come in contact with each other, an exchange occurs. While taking something away, something is also left behind. I probably haven’t got the best translation though.

They are examining the stool that had been thrown out of Wong Jing Hung’s flat and onto the balcony, and Yoyo points out that some of the bruises on Wong Jing Hung’s body appear to be made by the legs of the stool.
Florence: It’s been outside and plus it rained, so most of the evidence would have been washed away.
Frankie: Just by looking, the shapes of the bruises do seem to be made by the stool.
Yoyo: So the stool is one of the weapons?
Florence: But the forensics department hasn’t found prints of any sort. What could have been left behind?
(Bobby picks out a something white wedged inside the fold of the stool.)
Yoyo: There’s still clues.
Bobby: It’s tofu.

Linda and Yoyo are trying on their dresses for the wedding (Linda looks so pretty) when Yoyo receives a call telling her the blood at the bottom of Wong Jing Hung’s shirt belonged to another drug dealer, Teng Jai Dong, who works lives near a tofu factory... (actually the ... was used just to create a ‘moment when all is revealed’ atmosphere, I don’t actually think it’s that big a deal, lol.) Raymond and Oscar arrive and spot Teng Jai Dong even though Charmaine and Matthew were waiting there first. However, it ended up being Matthew who found him hiding in a secret compartment/cupboard in his flat. He admitted that he had a fight with Wong Jing Hung, but that he didn’t kill him. His blood had splattered onto Wong Jing Hung’s shirt when he was hit by him during the fight.

Another sweet moment between Frankie and Linda. Linda is trying to wear high heel shoes and just so she can be comfortable, Frankie said that everyone going to the wedding will wear runners! They make such a cute couple and her departure from this series will have quite a large impact. If only she could stay, then there’d be three couples instead of an extra guy, which I have a feeling will be Frankie. Poor guy. This is why I have to do more screencaps of them.

Frankie gets an email from a person called ‘destroyer’ challenging him to a... battle? He also gets a small pocket knife of some sort in the mail. (For once, I have absolutely no idea who it could be from. It just seems totally random).

At a restaurant where Lee Sing Cheung and his nephew are eating at, one of the waiters steals his phone. (I was wondering, could he be an undercover cop trying to steal info, but turns out I was v. wrong). As the leave, the waiter chases after them and says “You left your phone!”

Just as he’s about to put the phone into Lee Sing Cheung’s hand, he takes his left and out of his pocket and places a bomb instead! Luckily, they somehow run into Kevin, who seizes hold of the bomb expertly and saves the day. I think. Can’t wait to see the next episode, this was a very exciting entrance for Kevin.

*Just a note: I reckon there should be some more romantic moments between Bobby and Yoyo, as it doesn’t seem like they are totally in love with each other like Frankie and Linda are. On the other hand, Bobby is a very cool and calm person who isn’t very good at all the romantic stuff so Yoyo, hang in there! He will come to his senses soon.

Is TVB having too big an influence on me?

Gosh i have no idea why i am writing this... i guess just coz i need someone, or something to tell it to. I've been watching TVB Series since like, I was 2? 3? and you gotta say, that's definitely gonna influence someone. Well, let's see, I probably couldn't bear it if there weren't series to watch anymore (crap, i just jinxed myself and everyone who loves TVB like I do) and it's the reason why i want to live in Hong Kong when I'm older. In a way, its kind of distanced me from everyone else at my school because they just don't show an interest. Occasionally, I will like watching aussie TV shows, but that's pretty rare (right now, I love bones!)... OK, so to sum it all up, I'm just sooo glad there's people out there who love TVB just as much as I do.

FORENSIC HEROES II~ EPISODE 1

Must say, right from the start, I was hooked!
I really like how they started the first episode with the original cast playing ‘war game’ with each other. It seems to relate to what the series is actually about and also starts the series in a light, humorous way. It seemed to feel like it was continuing on from the previous series, but people who hadn’t watched the first series could still figure out what was going on.

They had a ‘police’ team and a ‘forensics’ team, who were trying to rescue the hostage. In the midst of shooting, Frankie accidentally shot Linda on the finger, who yelled out in pain, saying how she had hurt and finger and can’t put on the wedding ring. Frankie rushed over straight away to see if she was okay, but once he got there, Linda started shooting him! I though this scene between them was sooo sweet as they were actually my favourite couple from the first series.

With Frankie serving as a distraction, Bobby was able to rescue the hostage and the ‘forensics’ team won. Then, a player from a different game shouted out that someone had been shot dead. When they saw the dead body, they all got out their kits and started to inspect the crime scene (this was sooooo cool! I love how professional they all look).

The victim, called Chan Ji Sing had been shot dead by a lead bullet, which they found very suspicious as only safe, BB bullets were used at the centre. They questioned all of the other players and the workers at the centre, asking them if any of them had witnessed who had shot Chan Ji Sing. Two of the workers said they were in the kitchen at the time, one, the boss was at a meeting with a customer, and another had broke his glasses and gone to wash them. (Personally, I thought that the worker who had dropped his glasses was quite suspicious as he could not provide an alibi for himself.)

Just as Bobby, Frankie and Florence finished inspecting the body, there was a report of another injured person. This was a person dressed as a clown (Jack Wu) who too had been shot in the neck by a lead bullet as well. Luckily, he survived. Later, it is proven that both these bullets had come from the same gun, which means they were both shot by the same person.

At that moment, they noticed that there were swarms of flies all around them, which was generally a sign that a person had died. However, because they do not appear until about 6 hours after a person had died, they decided to take a look at the place where the flies were flying towards. There, they found another dead body, who had died after having his neck broken by a trap used for catching wild pigs. (geez, how many dead bodies are there going to be?). The victim, Wong Jing Hung, did not appear to be attacked by the same person who had killed and injured the two previous victims as he was killed using a different method and at a different time.

Florence and Fred stood each stood at where Chan Ji Sing and Jack the clown were shot, then shone a flashlight to see where the two points met. This proved to be the place from where they were shot. They concluded that the attacker must have been aiming at Chan Ji Sing, but missed, and accidentally shot Jack instead, as the distance between the two were so close that they would have been shot from the same place. (I though that was so smart of them. See, I learn something new everyday!)

This is when Charmaine makes her first appearance. She had rushed to the crime scene from a wedding because the third victim, Wong Jing Hung was her ‘line’ (that is, a person who provides her with information about the criminal world). My first impression of her was when she said ‘stop’ in the car. I thought she seemed like a cold, unfriendly person just from hearing her voice. This though was how she was meant to portray herself. Hopefully she’ll get nicer later on in the series!

They interviewed Jack Wu in the hospital, and apparently, he had gone to the crime scene to look for a missing key, but ended up getting shot in the neck instead. He also denies that he knows the two other victims.

On the back of Wong Jing Hung’s body, they found a patch of blood which they believed did not belong to him as it was too far away from the actual injury, and in the position he was lying in, the blood would have flowed onto the ground, not his back. While Frankie was performing an autopsy on him, he found many bruises and injuries on Wong Jing Hung’s body, as well as splinters in the skin of his arms. In his stomach, they found over 1kg worth of cocaine, that he was planning on smuggling into Malaysia. As Charmaine seemed to know so much about the victim, Frankie implied that her relationship with him was more that just a police-line relationship.

Back at Bobby’s house, where everyone went for dinner, there was a lot of talk about weddings. Frankie and Linda’s, Bobby and Yoyo’s (I wonder whether they will get married?), and Linda’s sister’s (Astrid Chan) wedding as well. Florence does a tarot card reading for Bobby, and Bobby then reveals that he may be going to England to study a new type of forensic technology where you can separate a person’s voice form their background. (Although this sounds pretty cool, how could he leave Yoyo? She looked pretty shocked when she heard!)

I just can’t say how much I like Frankie and Linda as a couple in this series. That’s why I’m doing more screen caps of them. He he. It’s actually quite strange, seeing as Linda’s very childish and young while Frankie is more serious at times and older than her. I guess it’s more about chemistry though...

So cute! Frankie says that he wants to go and get some dessert as an excuse to show Linda their wedding photo on display outside the wedding photo shop. So KAWAII
I swear I will cry when Linda dies, her character is so naïve, innocent and likeable in this series.

Raymond, Yoyo, Bobby and Fred go to Wong Jing Hung’s flat where there has clearly been an argument or fight of some sort. There are chairs and tables that have been thrown around and tablets (possibly cocaine) and powder on the ground. They were all taken back as evidence. Yoyo and her team then go to Wong Jing Jung’s boss’ (Dai Guei, played by Lee Sing Cheung) house to see if they could find any more clues or evidence because they were planning to travel to Malaysia together. Just as they got the paperwork and authorized permission to search Wong Jing Hung’s boss’ house, Charmaine arrives and stops them from doing so, claiming that they are ‘on the wrong track’. Right after she leaves, some shocking results arrive. The fingerprints on the bat at Wong Jing Hung’s house belonged to Charmaine! (Ha! I know she isn’t a criminal or anything, but I knew she had some sort of connection with the guy!)
